InterNACHI will pay up to $10,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property.

Our friends in Illinois recommended Madewell, so even though we were buying a house in St. Louis County we gave them a try. We were very pleased with their thoroughness and the detailed reports, and Darryl and Ben were professional and courteous. They are apparently looking to do more business on this side of the river and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

AWESOME group of people. If you are looking for someone to do a very thorough inspection to make sure you are moving into a safe home I recommend MADEWELL!! Working with Madewell was excellent. They were quick but thorough and at the end they explained everything in a manner you could understand. They walked you through what to expect from them and were very professional.
Once our report was ready we received an email to our report. The website was great to navigate and made reading the all the reports easy.

Darryl and Ben did a great job inspecting our home. They were very courteous and took the time to go over things with us as we were present (very knowledgeable). In addition, their office staff is great. I had an inquiry about pricing and received a reply email from Brandy immediately. I had an excellent experience with the Madewell Inspections Team. We recently went under contract to purchase a home and Madewell Inspections was able to schedule our complete home inspection (home, termite, sewer, etc.) the following week. In the 2021 housing market, prompt home inspections are critical and Madewell working us into their busy schedule was a blessing.
