I moved into the building in the summer of 2017, and am so glad I did! It's in a great area that is so close to everything of interest to me and I always feel safe and secure. I've had a few small repairs that needed to get done and they have all occurred quickly, which I appreciate since many of my friends who use large rental companies have stated they sometimes have to wait a while to get their repairs done.
