As CEO and a principal of Next Chapter Properties, Rodney applies his extensive experience to every aspect of the development, management and disposition of student housing projects, including raising private capital and securing construction and long-term senior financing.
Prior to Next Chapter, he spent a decade serving as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and finally President of Royal Properties, where he was directly responsible for the development and successful lease-up of 10 off-campus luxury student apartment projects consisting of more than 1,700 units and 5,200 bedrooms, as well as the management of more than 7,300 student residents and 100 employees at 13 properties with an annual revenue of $26 million.

Today I toured one of their apartments with a lovely girl named Taylor. She greeted me with a smile and a friendly "hello." She showed me a very clean and up to date 2 bedroom apartment. Fantastic amenities with a grill and bag set on the main level. Ask for Taylor, she really knows how to hype up an apartment :)
