This is hands down the best leasing company on campus based off of many factors! I am glad I ended my college career leasing with Wampler and wish I'd discovered them sooner. The management staff was great and personable. The maintenance staff was respectful and always quick to resolve any issues. Also, the apartments are extremely spacious at a great price and awesome location.

At Wampler Apartments, we pride ourselves on providing comfortable and secure apartments at prices that are always attractive. Our residential locations feature convenient access to campus, downtown, shopping, entertainment, and more. Whatever you are looking for in a place to call home, Wampler Apartments has something for you.
You will be issued one set of apartment keys per tenant and one mailbox key per apartment. We keep records of what keys you are issued and we expect the same number of keys returned at the end of your lease. You will be charged a $25 replacement fee for any key not returned to us. Duplicate keys can be made at a cost of $10 per key.

They are definitely on the pricier side of apartments on campus. I think their cheapest 1BR units are like 600 bucks, with another 80 dollars in mandatory parking, internet, etc. Plus whatever isn't included. But in exchange you get a really nice and prompt maintenance man and some of your deposit back. All in all you would be hard pressed to find a significantly better company here at UIUC

Living with Wampler was amazing. All of the staff at Wampler are nice, but Jordan Estock is who my roommate and I communicated with the most. He is so nice that he even came to pick us up from class to drive us to the Wampler office on Galen Drive when we signed our lease last year. Wampler Property Management was nothing short of pleasant and eager to help solve any problems we had. When things got broken or stopped working (normal apartment wear and tear), maintenance was there to fix the issue within 24 hours if not the same day! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the package

Absolutely unacceptable. I moved into an apartment that should have been condemned (moldy kitchen, disgusting bathroom, smashed light bulbs). They decided to redo the flooring on the day I moved in, leaving most of my stuff out on the street while everything else was ruined by the leaking ac unit. Avoid at all costs.
