Services
Born and raised in India, Dr. Gobind Gill was inspired by his grandfather who was a practicing veterinarian. After finishing vet school in India in 2000, Dr. Gill moved to the US, where he continued studying at LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. He has been practicing small animal medicine for 15 years and has been living in Clovis for the last seven years.
We spay and neuter felines, canines, and rabbits. All pet's receiving a spay or neuter must be at least four months in age. Our spay and neuters can be performed either standard or with laser for an additional cost. Other surgeries available are declaws, tumor removals, entropion, cystotomy, orthopedics, dentals, abscess repairs, laceration repairs, amputations and other procedures based on case.
Laser surgery is an important medical breakthrough that we utilize often. LASER stands for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. A Laser is an opto-electronic device that produces highly concentrated light rays to cut tissue by vaporizing through cell layers. Interaction of laser light with tissue provides a fundamentally different approach to surgery.
Before performing orthopedic surgery, a proper diagnosis of orthopedic disease is required. We begin with a thorough exam of the patient along with properly positioned digital x-rays and palpation of the affected part of the body. An extensive client consult is then conducted to explain the diagnosis, pathology and patient's treatment options and plan.
Periodontal disease starts when plaque attaches to the tooth surface; plaque is a transparent adhesive fluid is composed of mucin, sloughed epithelial cells and aerobic, and gram positive cocci. Plaque starts forming within two days after a professional scaling and polishing is performed. If plaque is not removed the mineral salts in food will precipitate to form hard dental calculus, or tartar.

I will not go to any other vet. The doctor and staff are so friendly. The prices are reasonable. They were so good to me, my husband and our dog.

They are extremely busy but still were very receptive and attentive when we needed to put our fur baby down. Very reassuring and calming throughout the process.

I love taking my pets here, I have always found them to be wonderful up until my last visit today. My dog is over 10 years old and I knew he needed teeth cleaned and definitely some pulled so I scheduled an appointment to have them do a consult. They charged me $43 to look into my dog's mouth for 5 seconds and say yes he needs a cleaning and probably some pulled, and gave me a quote of $700-$1000.. I know dog dental care is expensive but I am just baffled at the lack of attention and effort to give my dogs teeth a real look and tell us what he really needs... I'm am just super upset they were so

My cat was really sick not eating or drinking! I saw Dr. Nicholas, and this was the first time I've ever been to Kingsburg Veterinary Clinic. All the technicians and office staff were very professional, and they were kind and considerate which is awesome because when your baby is sick it is so stressful!
Dr. Nicholas listened to everything I said, and he explained everything he thought was going on, and recommended ways that we can proceed with my cats care. The same day I arrived home with my cat he started eating a little and drinking again, and the next day was a little more then back to his

I love the care they have for my pets. They are amazing, I had to put one of my dogs to sleep, when i got a call back from them to make an appointment , I informed them I had to put him to sleep. They quickly asked to verify my address and in the mail I recieved a beautiful card. I highly recommend then, and their prices are fair .

Everyone was amazing. Short wait time and professional service. We were in and out with answers and solutions. Only wish they saw exotic pets to save me the drive to Fresno.
