I've been here over a year now and can't imagine living anywhere else. Not only is the neighborhood super walkable, with multiple restaurants and shops nearby, but I feel safe at all times. The building is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and it's such a convenient spot to anything in the greater Cincinnati area. I can be downtown in six minutes, Kenwood or the Florence Malls in less than a half-hour, and to Kings Island in under 40, as well.
Parking is plentiful and the lots are well lit. All of my maintenance requests have been answered immediately and professionally. Email correspondence

My car got vandalized twice in the parking lot. I ended up with a dent in the rear passenger door and scratches on the front passenger door. They have cameras and when you ask them to review the footage, they never find anything. I was told there was a car that had parked beside me at one point over a weekend that had something like 8 people get out of it. The guy was amazed so many people had fit inside the vehicle but couldn't definitively say it was that car that caused the damage.
