Cambridge Downs Apartments

Not sure what on earth the management company is doing, I went to vist a friend here , And I could noticeably see wood rotting on nearly every unit near or on the balcony. Also visible mold.

I am living here at the moment the experience so far is horrible.. they never send me a notice, email or even a call or let me know my water will be off today I have a baby and I can’t even give her a bath from 9 this morning it’s after 2 no water yet this place sucks

Our toilet has spontaneously overflowed 3 times in the last 2-3 months. The 2nd time they never even showed up to fix it, so I had to figure it out myself. The third time it took hours even though we called the “emergency” line. Bugs are a constant issue no matter how much we clean and spray. We called to have them come repair our oven door because the handle broke off, again they never showed up. We’re expected to pay rent on time but have to deal with this nonsense on a regular basis. It’s become a surprise if they show up within an hour or two.

Good location but things could be better such as allowing access to the gym after office hours. Overall not a bad place to live, but the rent is high considering the types of apartments there.

I can not stress this enough, the rent is not worth these conditions. I assume since the maintenance guy is now best friends with the resident running a repair shop from the garage, and turning the parking lot into a junk yard, it is just acceptable now. There is constantly a block party all hours of the day and night. Now that spring is upon us, we can guarantee the group will be extra loud on their motorcycles (the ones that don’t actually live here). But it’s all okay, because the office can not actually do anything about it. Guess if you decide to live here, just don’t live in the 600

I have been living at the Cambridge Downs Apartments since October. The few maintenance issues I have had were resolved almost instantly after I put in the work order request. I had major issues with my refrigerator and when it couldn’t be fixed the office was able to replace my refrigerator with a new one. It is a great feeling to know that I am getting the best customer service possible. When you pay for a place to live you expect for things to get handled. It is a very peaceful and safe environment. The staff is amazing, office and maintenance team! They are always compassionate and helpful
