The maintenance staff is the best part of this complex! Management could care less about the tenants! Read every word of your contract! They will take every opportunity to fine you and could care less about your circumstances. The “upgraded” apartments are simply painted over. It’s all done at minimum standards to get the most money from you no matter how. Don’t do it!!!

Although I for the most part love my apartment. I have noticed an increase in negligence with the property. Complaints about issues are dismissed. Today this morning mailboxes have been broken into. Cars in the past have been vandalized and please don’t tell me this is happening all around the area because I live here. Trash is being discarded on… the grounds. And why is the property gate left open on weekends, children don’t ride school buses in the weekend. And the timing bof the gates allow not one but several cars to come in after you. Not to mention the workout center doesn
