I have just recently moved in and I love my apartment. The day that I came to view the apartment I was met with a friendly, professional named Nataliya. Been here about a month and so far so good the apartment & community are really nice and the staff has been friendly, Shelia was such a pleasant spirit to deal with during the application process. I have a couple of maintenance issues that are being handled. I would honestly consider staying here more than a year if I wasn’t dealing with the most annoying neighbors upstairs. When ppl move into a apartment they have to consider ppl living under them and that’s just not happening. The same group of kids is always roaming the property unsupervised especially during the late afternoons, evenings, and weekends; playing pranks like knocking on peoples' door, shouting and screaming profanities in the breezeway, riding scooters through breezeways repeatedly, running with tree branches, hitting building columns, stairway railing, sign posts, then leave them in the middle of the parking lot and entrances, also dumping garbage in the woods, and kicking empty bottle around. All I'm telling you this place is amazing! The community is awesome. Neighbors are friendly, extremely peaceful and quiet at night which I love. The office has always answered my calls but on occasionhave had to leave a message and my call was returned. I live across from the lake so I have a beautiful place I can walk to and feed the geese. My grandbaby loves this place. If your looking for a nice beautiful quiet and affordable place then by far this would

I lived I the complex for a little over 5 and a half years. It was my first complex that I ever lived in. I’ve not had any issues with them. Even during the transition period from one management company to any other. The maintenance was always well done and taken care of in a timely manor. The front office staff took care of things for you in a timely manner. Living in an apartment is what you make of it. It is just as much your responsibility to take care of your unit as it is theirs. I recommend this complex.

Durant at Sugarloaf is a great place to live. The leasing agents are great, and maintenance is on top of whatever you need them for. I love how pet friendly the place is, it made me more comfortable in bringing my dog here. Even though I will be leaving soon, this place will be missed and if things were different I would stay here longer.
