I've been living here since 2017 when it was still Alexander mill. We have dealt with the worst of customer service and maintenance until dominion took over. the new maintenance man Edgar is the absolute best handy man. We have had some in the past who robbed us and only came when we were gone and didn't do anything right as far as maintenance requests.. Edgar is reliable consistent and very knowledgeable, not only will be fix the little things he will also give you instructions on how to keep it up ourselves. Since covid and the new renovations. Its been really hard to get things done or fixed

All I can say is THANK YOU PHADRIAN, CRYSTAL AND BRITTANY along with Dominion Management... YOU HAVE REALLY TURNED THIS PLACE COMPLETELY AROUND!!! It feels good to come home to a nice NEW AND CLEAN complex!!! THANK YOU MARIELLA... FOR KEEPING US CLEAN!!! THE exercise room is great!!! If only we had access to the pool😕... I love the play /picnic pavillion...😊😊 It has never looked so amazing!!

I have lived here since 2016. It was not a good experience then. The property has been sold to Dominion and they are really turning this place around. I was extremely skeptical at first; we've seen many new ppl come and go. Dominion really seems to be the exception. Building repairs that were neglected by the old company are now being taken care of. They repaired the roof and gutters on every single building and are in the process of installing new windows in each apartment. Many more improvements are coming.

It's insane how hard is to get in touch with these people. I have been contacting for the last month or two in order to set up an appointment and fill out all the paper works for one of their apartments, and I have not had any luck. I understand sometimes offices might miss calls, but I call every other day and leave messages and emails as well and they have not contacted me back. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVEN MORE HERE!!

Let me start off by saying crystal and brittany are so amazing!! I was worried because I have read the reviews and I'm here to say my apartment is completely up to date no pest problems so far and the community is nice and clean well taken care of and quiet my kids and I love it and thanks to brittany and crystal for being so polite answered all my questions and more!!

New management tries to be a little better from old management, yet comes down to same disrespectful team. I live on the floor apartment, all debris and malfunctions of current construction/renovation falls on my porch and inside(dirty water leaks in my kitchen 24hrs)
Roaches and mold, windows unsealed etc.
They start work and never finish it, pieces of walls falling on my young kids. They don't know when the construction work will be completed, even the floor and carpet I have been patching and holding it myself. Owner stops us from using doormats, tenant opinion here doesn't matter. Planning

I lived at Mulberry Place Apartment for over 8 years. The staff are professional and helpful.
The whole Apartment complex is undergoing major renovation; new windows, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, HVAC units, light fixtures, high security sensor keys to apartments, improved landscaping and many more.
Ms. Crystal Roberts and the staff at Mulberry Place strive to provide excellent service to residents. The maintenance lady, Mariella is helpful and keeps the grounds in tip top shape.

It’s okay as far as comfort for me. But it is not okay when no one answers the phone there office is often closed. When you need pest control i get told that I was on the list. I’m posting this because the new owners put out a notice that said I would get pest control in October then they changed the pest control people and now it is now November still no pest control. Keep in mind that before October which as of august or July the new owners came and I still haven’t had pest control since June. Imagine how my apartment is doing on bugs horrible. I’m doing the best I can with doing my own
