We are currently only accepting requests for tours. I love Southlawn! Our amenities are high end and top notch. We are in the middle of Lawrenceville near nice resturants and there's LITERALLY an event going on every weekend right in our back yard. Fireworks from the rooftop pool are a gorgeous sight. As far as the staff, Jasmine U. is beyond awesome! She's caring, understanding, and very helpful.

DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!! Cars are being broken into due to lack of security. You can walk right into any parking lot from the sidewalk/streets and there is no cameras in the parking lots. Finding parking is an everyday challenge due to the parking lot being used for camper storage/trailer storage/guest vehicles. There is constantly animal urine in the elevators which is DISGUSTING. We've even had our trash can stolen here. Only one of the electric car charging stations are functional. Packages are just left out in the open for anyone to come by and take when we have

I used to live in this apartment a year ago with the old management company, Ram partners. They seemed to do a great job managing, but beware of the reviews. The reviews that were left while they managed were all entries to raffles for free iPads, cameras, alexas, etc. We moved out at the end of 2020 because we were trying to buy a house.
That fell through and we are moving back here-- but this time to the nicer conclave building.

When I moved in this past December things were great. Sarah and the other staff were amazing and always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The gates, doors, and amenities were perfect. Fast forward to now… The current staff are not friendly, the gates and doors are broken and it seems they will be broken for a long time. I do not understand why the new management doesn’t try to figure things out. If the contractor they are working with can’t do it then they should hire someone else. I only went for a tour, but the management was professional and on time. The tour was detailed and expansive. Antonio appeared very knowledgeable about the properties and amenities. Show apartment was spotless and beautiful. Grounds were clean. I was very impressed. I've toured several places in the greater Atlanta area and this was among the best.

I moved in in December of 2020. At first, we loved it. Sarah and Bernice were SO helpful and kind. NOTICE how all the good reviews about Southlawn mention Sarah and/Bernice. They knew all of us by name. Any issue that ever occurred, no matter what time, one of them took care of us. Once we got new management, they got rid of Sarah and Bernice and brought in their own team. They have been nothing short of terrible.

I used to love this complex so much but it's really gone downhill in my opinion. I've lived her for 2 years and as long as I've been here, only 1 of the 2 pelotons is activated. Of that 1 that's activated, it's been broken for weeks so cannot be used. The amenities are unreliable and often times left uncleaned/without the essentials (paper towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms). I've learned that they don't email back, and I've heard other residents complain about the same thing. They never have events for residents, instead they just raffle off items

I can’t say enough good things about SouthLawn Lawrenceville! It is a beautiful place to live and in a great location to walk downtown for anything you could need! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you ever have a question or issue it is addressed quickly and professionally. SouthLawn Lawrenceville is truly luxury living with its high end amenities and common areas that are great to work in. If you see an opening for an apartment you like don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough about the Southlawn apartments. The staff, management and maintenance is top notch. The apartments are stunning. Luxury design. The common areas, gyms and clubhouses are amazing. Makes working from home a dream with all the business centers. Also, your cannot get a better location. Walking distance to all things downtown Lawrenceville. We're very happy and recommend to our friends and family.

**Update July 9 2020... still very happy about living here. They do little events and raffles. We had a dog pawty with treats and drinks. The resort pool opened for July 4😬. Can’t wait for the concerts in September! All my neighbors are great!
Love 💕. Great community and neighbors! Great for dog lovers and those who enjoy being able to walk to downtown Lawrenceville and can’t wait for the concerts on the lawn. They have events for residents too. Staff very friendly and maintenance is great and also maintaining the property. Dog park and dog spa too.

I'm new to Southlawn and I absolutely love it here. I fell in love the first time I saw the model unit and I knew I wanted to live here. The convenience of living close to where I work and being able to walk into historic Lawrenceville is my favorite part. The amenities are great and it is worth the price. All the staff members are absolutely the best and I never felt more at home and safe.
