As I have posted about before my rent has been paid for this month!!! Why are they saying I owe a whole months worth of rent and that it is late it’s not even January !! They don’t answer when you call forcing you to go into the office and this has happened to me on multiple occasions; If I was to not correct this then they would turn my services off claiming I have a balance which I DO NOT😤 MONEY HUNGRY I TELL YOU THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM AND GET OVER WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO LIVE THROUGH A PANDEMIC

This apartment complex used to be decent when DTN managed it, ever since hunter lansing took over about a year ago it became trash. Office staff is always rude and unhelpful. They will try to scam you out of your money. And maintenance calls will likely be ignored. If they do come to fix an issue it will be weeks after you call, and after you threaten to withhold rent until it's fixed. Your car might get vandalized in the parking lot by your neighbors and don't worry, apartment management will do nothing about that either. The complex grounds always look unsightly and unkempt. I live across from them and they don’t do anything about the noise. They have security that comes on weekends but they don’t really do much. The residents there scream from 10pm to 3am almost every night. I have called the apartments and they were very rude to me and said they couldn’t do anything about the obvious noise violations. I have had to call the police multiple times because it will be 3am and there will be people on the volleyball courts screaming all night.

Living in College Towne was the WORST experience I’ve ever had renting. I chose them because they were the only option I could afford last year when I had to make a quick move and I regret not just spending the extra $100/month for something way nicer and I wouldn’t have had to share it with three strangers. The staff, Jordan Hillis especially, are rude, apathetic, and have some sort of superiority complex that they use to limit your rights as a tenant. They will come to your door without notice or enter without permission when you’re not there. On two occasions, they put the wrong amount

I love this place. It’s super family oriented, it’s a great community the management really took care of all my problems in a very timely manor. I always received a call back when something was going on. I couldn’t ask for a better apartment community to live in. Not to mention all of the amenities they have compared to all of East lansing properties. I am very happy I chose to live with them the past 4 years.
