The facility is beautiful. Products are good. Nail techs are good. Why did I have to find a new place? Snow.... I used 3 times and she jipped me 2 times and I still tipped her every time and was afraid to say anything and just prayed she would stop but she didn't so I had to go elsewhere. What did she do you may ask ? 😳 She charged me more than my nails were worth. First time she ripped off my fake nails and said it's better just to redo them fully and she said don't worry I won't charge and all she did was take 5$ for shaping the nail off but still charged 60$ instead of 50 which is the price

Have been coming here for over 2 years. Previously had good experiences. It has slowly degraded over the last year. Once wonderful nail techs have become burnt out and as a result, their work has become mediocre at best. It must also be considered that employees appear to have a high turnover rate. Today, I attempted to get manicures and pedicures for myself and daughter. While there was a surplus of workers not with clients, we waited over an hour and no one bothered to assist us. Before leaving I spoke with a member of management who gladly told me I could leave. I no longer recommend this nail

My girlfriend got her nails done by emily today. She did a very poor job on the nails and then proceeded to be rude, and do a sloppy job when my girl asked her to fix it. I honestly believe that you should either refund her or allow her to get her nails done by another nail technician on your dime. Will be recommending people to steer clear of this place.

This place sucks. Didn't get what I wanted when I showed them a picture of the nails it was dip powder. The girl I got was very rough with my hands and hurt me a couple times. She clearly didn't know what she was doing. I suggest everyone not to go here there are better nail salons to go to trust me. The one I usually go to is called top nails bar near converse area and they would of done my nails exactly like the picture. Never going anywhere else just going to stick to the place I go to from now on.

Update: 8/7/21: So upset today!!!! Called Quarry to book with Hannah because ive been going to her the last 6 months, they told me to book her at City Base Nails today... even though I think CityBase is absolutely horrible, my cousin and I did what Quarry told us. I was in the middle of a pedicure with another tech (he was great and as kind as he could be considering the situation) when Hannah walked by and told the guy she wasn't feeling well, didn't even acknowledge me. Staff has horrible attitude. I tried talking to my technician to let him know what I wanted and I felt like it was completely ignored!! I asked for a shellac manicure, yet I was given regular polish. I don't get my nails done often so at the end when he told me it was going to take 15-20 minutes to dry, i found out they completely ignored my request for shellac. I had 4 nails that had nail art on them which costed an additional $20. At the end of it all, he didn't even put that cuticle oil on me so my cuticles looked so dry walking out. I just recently got my nails done a week ago and all fell today. The day I went I waited 2-3 hours got attended past closing time. The nail technician didn't know how to place the nail on had another nail technician had to do the job for him. Now a week later went for two days back to back to get them all fixed and waited two hours both times. I left both days because the line wasn't moving and wouldn't attend me. Not even a week later all fell. Won't return just a heads up.

This place is a really good option if you’re wanting to get your nails done with a cool and modern environment, the whole place makes me feel like royalty because of all the decorations and chandeliers, the manager/owner is so sweet and the staff could do a little better with greetings but their wonderful work and and art pays off, they do their best to make your experience wonderful. I’ve been going to this nail place for almost 3 years, and I feel comfortable going here. My favorite nail artist was Henry, but I haven’t seen him lately. I will never be coming back here or any of these locations I decided to get my eyebrows down and was I wrong to stop in here. The lady that did my eyebrows Sarah did ok if okay is burning me. This was our first time coming here and I'm so glad we found this place. The atmosphere and people are very comforting, relaxing and friendly. Every five minutes I was asked if there was anything else they could do to help relax me. My pedicure was amazing! John was very thorugh with my toes, something I really appreciated and not all places care about. Not the nicest people here. I came in with my aunt and mom.
Problem 1. The technician tried to use tools that were not properly sanitized. Had I been alone I would have walked out immediately. This is not ok! He eventually got the properly sanitized tools after I insisted.
Problem 2. I asked to pay for mom and aunt. When we went to leave they yelled at me. Apparently they didn't charge me for one of us and treated us like were were walking out on purpose. Very bad attitude too. Also major language barrier

First time going to this location. It is beautiful inside, looks and feels luxurious. Jason did my fill and I give him a 6/10. My left hand looks amazing, however my right thumb is clearly shaped differently and is way shorter. I asked him to fix it and instead he said my nail was broken (which it was chipped) so he couldn't. I have an overlay of acrylic on my real nails. Many times when I ask a technician if they can fix it, normally they extended the acrylic - not in this case. Also, he kept burning my nail bed when he was filing.

Just an update.
It's been a week and the dip is already lifting. I was avoiding getting them redone as long as possibly but I'm going to have to at least have the dip removed as my hair is catching between the dip and my natural nail. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid money for them to only last a week especially when the dip I had from another salon was still perfectly fine I just wanted a color change. I will never return here.
