Collagen crystals create a warm soothing bath made with natural sea salt that detoxifies and soothes skin. Includes basic pedicure services plus callus removal, exfoliation, specialty lotion, collagen mask, paraffin wax treatment, lenghty oil massage with 4 hot stones, and a hot towel wrap. I called ahead with my friend and they go us in quickly for pedicures, but when I said I wanted the $35 pedicure, the woman doing our nails said no, and proceeded to do the $45. It was good quality, so I'm not complaining but there was a communication disconnect. Pretty good pedicure, but not my favorite place.

Was looking for a decent pedicure. Received an amazing pedicure. I highly recommend the sassy delux. It was one of the first times I felt like I got a massage with my pedicure and not just a wimpy one but the gal really used her muscles. She said her name is Vivianne. This was my first time and I will be back.

My mom treated us to a wonderful pedicure this morning. Our thanks to Dave and Holly for treating us so kindly. Clean and friendly! My mom was served hot coffee by the owner himself. What a wonderful place to treat yourself! I called at 11am on a Sunday & was able to get an 11:30am appointment. I had my fill & pedicure done by Van, who did an excellent job. The owners were very involved & checked on me often. You get a choice of coffee, tea, or wine to compliment your experience & you truly feel like a valued guest. Being from Seattle, where no one is this friendly, it was a wonderful surprise. When I couldn’t get any ride share apps to respond to my request for a ride to the airport, one of the owners gave me a ride!! I will make sure to make Sassy a stop anytime I’m in

I was running late to my appointment, the last one of the day, and they were gracious enough to still serve me. They have a very well equipped salon that can service several people at once. Even though my appointment went past when they were closed, they told me I could stay to make sure my nails are dry. Super helpful, did an amazing job, and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Had 2 appointments on different days. 1st day, I had a pedicure scheduled and the gal was in the middle of giving a pedicure to someone else. 25 minutes later, she says she is giving that client a manicure and I have to wait. So, I wait longer. Eventually get my pedicure and it's fine. I come back for my scheduled eyebrow wax and manicure on Friday before my vacation. I get there and they say, "Oh, the gal that you were scheduled to have a manicure with quit, so we don't have you in our system." I ask why no one called me, and she was not sure. I figure, ok, I'll go some place else for my nails

Such a clean, friendly, and welcoming place. Denise did an incredible job with my nails. She was quick and even fixed some issues I had with the old set. I will be back for a pedicure and fills. Worth the visit.

Horrible customer service poor pedicure the $22 they charged I should file on my taxes as a donation. She didn't do my cuticles, the polish was uneven, my feet were dry no oils or lotion was used. I asked for a manager and some young man came in very unprofessional listening to cursing music on his phone. The tech nails were so long she could barley do her job!! This has to be the worst absolutely worst pedicure ever. I'm at another nail shop getting a proper pedicure as we speak the following day such a tragic experience please don't do like me I read the reviews and thought maybe

1. The lady doing my pedicure had LONG fake nails. Ouch. She kept scratching me. 2. She finished my pedicure and the polish was all cracked. I assumed they would fix it because it looked horrible. Then the lady said I was good to go. I asked about my nails and she said "you picked the color. That color cracks". Like it was my fault. So I had to pick another color and have them redo my nails. I have been sitting here over 2 hours. Not exaggerating. 3. The paint wasn't the cleanest job. When I get home I'll have to take polish remover around the nail. Overall it came out to $22

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
First off, they ran out of white shellac and decided to just put regular nail polish on my hands for my French manicure....ugh! It all chipped off the next day (not even 24 hours) after I took a shower it was basically all gone. So....I had to go after work again because I was leaving for vacation the next day, so I had to have them re do it- and BEWARE the older lady who does it....does a terrible job: she painted almost my entire finger and was the one who told me she put shellac when it was actually regular polish.
