This was our first visit. I took my 78 year old father-n-law to receive a pedicure. I decided to order one for myself. We absolutely loved our experience! My fathers feet have never looked as good as they look today. We will return in a month for another one for him. I recommend this salon to everyone who values quality.

The well done picture is what I wanted I went in with high hopes and left hating it I gave them a reference picture of what I wanted and they said all we could do that so I was really excited off the bat I knew that this was a bad idea and that it was gonna come out really bad and I was right it was 115 for these horrific nails I called to complain and the manager told me that he can give me a refund and will need my id and the nails they did back then he handed me to a lady and she said no ma'am I'm sorry we can't do refunds he was being sarcastic this is a horrifying place he paid

I was really surprised to see all these reviews praising this Henry fellow. I gave this place a try by chance and wow I have never met a tech so super rude and just flat out a miserable person. I will never step foot in this place again. It's no wonder it was empty when I walked in. Missed red flag number 1. Sooo many other great places nearby, just keep driving and pass this place up.

I have been going to this location for over 2-3years. Never had an issue till this time around—turnover rate must have an effect.
The individual who did my nails was Henry (manager). Though he was polite during the session, he was annoyed and clearly distracted by the phone. At the end, I was dissatisfied with the results. My nails appeared at a 45 degree angle…they looked cheap and amateurish. after coworkers advised that I go back, I did so next day. I explained to him how my actual nail was not glued onto the acrylic-it was lifted and how the 45 degree appearance was unacceptable—they

I'm giving a 3 star because I've came here before and they've done good work, I guess the lady I had today just wasn't on point. My big toe nail has a coffin shape instead of square and is dry around it .. definitely coffin shape compared to the rest of the nails. Definitely not what I wanted but what can be done now .. I don't want to put her name on blast because I'm just not like that, and no I didn't complain because I don't like to make scenes. I wasn't even offered water this time, Maybe next time will be better.

Got a full shellac set done and it has only been a few days and one nail completely broke off yesterday and the shellac on another was peeling off. Called multiple times for over 20 minutes and they let the phone ring then picked up just to hung up so it would stop ringing. This was done multiple times!! When doing the nails the tech was nice but was obviously overwhelmed as another girl just sat down doing nothing. There’s one guy there who did my nails every time and they turned out great. This time I went and another person had to do my nails because my tech had a appointment already. I just went along with it because he said that he was good. and I hate my nails I didn’t get what I wanted the colors are all way off and there uneven. I like this salon because of the tech that usually does them but I might just look for another salon.

New to living in the south side and in need for a manicurist closer to me. A friend recommended City Base Nails. I was shocked how good my first set came out, and now this one too! Shiiiii this my nail salon now!

Never again! The guy I had (Jack) did my nails. I got my nails done Thursday today is Monday and my nail is already broken. My nails are uneven and they curve...
He was rushing. Did I mention these nails were $71? and the another dollar to use your card This was my last straw, if i could give zero stars I would.

Don't come, save your time and go down the street. Came with a friend for pedicures, they sat us down together and took care of her, 25 min after the manager finally came to check in and realized I had not been serviced. No apology, didn't check up, nothing. Wish I could say it was the first time I've been dissatisfied here, but gave them a second try just in case and it was a bigger disappointment.

I would NOT recommend this place. My nails messed up the same day! I went in to get solar nails on my natural nails. Solar nails normally last me for a few weeks, but at this place they messed up the same day. I went in and my nail chipped that same evening. The guy that did my nails rushed on my nails. Honestly, I don't even know why I gave him such a good tip because he rushed and my nails were mediocre, but I guess I was in the Christmas spirit.

They cut my cuticle too deep and didn't do a proper job removing old skin from the rest of my feet. $60 should have given me a better experience. My foot hurt for a few days, toe infected. Doesn't seem they sterilize their tools properly. Not looking for a refund nor did I call to complain, I just wanted to shine light on my experience. Hopefully it helps others avoid a similar situation.
