UPDATE:
-they have been charging everyone $350 2-3 months after they have left these apartments, despite leaving them in 10x better condition than arrival.
Okay seriously any 5 star reviews on here are for a free t-shirt or people who haven't even moved in yet.
I had my front door kicked down my maintenance WITHOUT my permission about a month ago because the electronic locks stopped working.
When they replaced the door, they left gaps all along the edges so air and bugs could get in. The lock wasn't centered on the hole, and you have to JAM it to close it all the way.
It has been a month since

Terrible complex. Be prepared to pay over $500 in fees after move out even though you left the place spotless. Management is rude and greedy…. They just want their money and they will continue to up your rent and find “fees” to bill you.

These apartments have the worst maintenance and lazy management. When I got here my room was a mess, there was food in drawers, items from the last tenant scattered around the room, and missing furniture that was supposed to be here on move in day. They claim the units are cleaned and checked before move in date but with the dirty sofas and the bed with urine in my room being here upon arrival, I highly doubt it. I set up a work order three months ago to fix my washer and dryer that has not worked since the move in date and still nothing. I call everyday and all they can say is it should be done

My roommate and I got lucky and got a unit in really good condition... however there is a horrible maintenance issue going on. The entire complex needs so many things fixed and nothing gets done. They focus on making the outside look nice to get people to sign. Multiple people have had maintence issues open for four months now...

I moved in in August and my experience here has been great. Rachel and the rest of the office staff are always super nice and helpful. I will definitely be renewing my lease and recommending this place to all my friends

This is the worst place to live. the house itself it’s big which is nice for having pets, but everything else is awful. before moving in on Aug. 18th 2021 i was told that we would have a clean and new apartment to move into. that was not the case. they did not step foot into our place before we moved in. the carpet was covered in stains and smelt awful, my room was a mess and still had the previous owners underwear under my bed. they did not change out the mattress or do anything. this place is a joke. fast forward to now… our AC has been out for 1 week, our back lock is broken so we can’t

Rachel made our move in such a great experience. If we had any issues she tended to them right away, she even had movers bring in furniture for us! The amenities are awesome, and the Gym is pretty much NEW. Thank you again!

This apartment complex has the WORST management I’ve ever delt with. My daughter moved in over a week and a half ago and still doesn’t have her furniture. They won’t answer the phones in the office or return emails! They are extremely unorganized and Rachel the manager is zero help! If you have a child attending Texas State run far away from
This complex it is awful! I’m so sad that my daughter has to put up with all this. Not only the no furniture but they were expected to put it together as well with zero help from the apartment complex! She has multiple maintenance issues and zero communication

I've lived here for 3 years. Overall the rooms are nice and its really nice to not have someone down stairs or upstairs. However, during my time living here my neighbors have gotten murdered, my car has gotten broken into, vandalism, and the living situation isn't as nice as expected. The management is awful and they will try to scam you. The rooms and quality of the apartment overall was nothing like the model home. I just moved in and I can honestly already say that this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It was a hassle for me to even get in touch with them to schedule my move in. Then once I did they gave the keys to someone else’s apartment. Once I was able to move in to my actual apartment I walked in on THIS. I did an as in move with no furniture so I definitely expected it to be dirty but there should not be any furniture in here.
