This has got to be the WORST complex I have ever lived in. They have open unnumbered parking but they hid the policy change for guest parking in an email that was about first of the year updates instead of specifying there was a guest parking change. The office claims to be open 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday but no one EVER answers the phone and the chances of them returning your call is very slim. Maintenance will come into your apartment without you home without your permission even after expressing that I want to be present while anyone is in my home. They towed my car before I was put on the lease

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I don't even know where to begin...Management was the most unprofessional I have ever seen. They don't care whatsoever about their tenants and getting any kind of functionality out of the front office only happens when they raise the rent on you. Upon moving out they didn't even bother with an inspection - I suspect b/c they know you aren't getting your deposit back. Not only did we spend a couple hours waiting for this inspection literally on move-out day(after flaking out on 2 previous attempts at an appointment), they then had the audacity to blatantly lie about

DONT MOVE HERE!!! Drug parties in the parking lot at night. Vandalism of cars. Noisy. Police here almost nightly. Forget getting repairs done. The maintenance guy naps in vacant apts then sends your request in as “complete” when he never even showed up. Washers are filthy & put more stink on your clothes. Pool water is nasty - smells like a toilet. Avoid ths place!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star the management lies and ignores all request to fix things also they never pick up when you call the office even the maintenance guys are horrible with poor English and pure laziness but they never forget to keep raising your rent stay away from this place there is man in a wheel chair who lets his dogs loose beware it's not a safe place for kids....You have been Warned

The only time this place was any good was when I first moved in. Jess, the old property manager moved up and everyone has been a much lower second place. The cops show up everyday, place smells like weed, have had peoples car get smashed up with bats, human feces in the pool, cars broken into. Have had friends move out that were changed for damages that were there when they moved in. You get zero help from management to the point that you have to deal with home office to get anything done, nothing gets fixed, people are RUDE, no parking and what little they do have you cant used during the day
