Cut length, file, trim cuticle, callus treatment, sand scrub, mud mask, hot stone massage (10 minutes), paraffin, hot towels, and polish. Milk and Sugar make your skin soft. I'm not one to leave reviews but I can't not, share my experience here.
I called a little before 1pm on a Sunday afternoon inquiring the wait time for two pedicures. I was told no wait and when I got there the salon was empty. (Great)
My girlfriend started maybe 15 minutes before me however I sat next to her with warm water and it was not a problem.
She loved the lady who did her nails and she did provide amazing customer service to my girlfriend and I.
However, for Jessica (my nail tech) I cannot say the same.
Every-time she spoke to me she hit my leg with her hand which I didn&apos

A friend and I walked in at 2:00 today. The door and websites both displayed walk-ins that were welcomed. We walked in and there was one customer in the building. When they inquired which services we needed, they turned to each other and said something that I could not understand. After their conversation was over, she said only one of us could be serviced because there was an appointment coming in. They advertise their hours of operation were until 6 pm.

I recently moved to this area and I had been coming to this nail shop for a few months. I was satisfied with the service and appreciated that you could make appointments online, especially after COVID. Today I walked in, stated my name and informed the crew that I had made an appointment online. I was then met with rudeness, combativeness, and irritation with a technician stating, "no online appointments, we don't do that here." It also appeared that as I saw individuals walk in, all of the White patrons were greeted politely and the minorities were not greeted or even acknowledged

I will 100% never be coming here again. I came to get a refill and after the lady had already started she then asked me if I wanted to get a full set, even though my appointment was for a refill. I did not need a full set whatsoever so I did not like that she asked me that, it made me feel like she was just trying to get me to pay more. I told her in the very beginning I wanted the white to be thin (I was getting my French tip refilled) and she acted like she understood but once she finally started applying the white powder she did it so thick. Half of my nail was white. I told her that I did not

I went here in a whim so I wasn't expecting much, but I wasn't expecting to be assaulted by the cuticle clipper. I don't know if it gets worse than this place. They went cuticle clipper crazy on both my pedicure and mani. You should not have to use antiseptic to stop bleeding every other second. The way she polished my toes on my pedicure made it look like my toes had been polished for two weeks already and growing out. My shellac mani looks like my niece did it. This is the worst money I've ever spent. I didn't even want the massage at the end. I just wanted to leave.

The worst experience I've ever had. I did the "dip" which is like overlay with powder and they turned out horrible! She didn't use any of the tools on them so they turned out extremely lumpy and left them with powder all over my fingers. I had asked them to fix it but they told me to get my eye brows waxed first and then they would. I simply asked her to "clean up" my eye brows. I said "please do not change the shape." I came out with the thinnest eye brows I've ever had. I wasn't sure what tools she was using but she had to have literally shaved

I have mixed feelings about C nails. The first time I went I absolutely loved it. The service was amazing, they have the most gel colors to choose from than any other nail salon I've been to, and my nails turned out great (and they lasted for a long time)!

Absolutely in love. Whether I'm coming in for a quick touch up or the whole package, I'm always treated so well and it's such a great price.
I've been to so many nail salons and I'm happy to say I've found the one. For such an expensive area it's so cost affective - and the ladies are always so nice.

I almost don't want to tell people how awesome this place is because I'm afraid if they get busy I may not be able to walk in without an appointment! I have been on the search for a great nail salon since I moved to Houston over two years ago.
This place is great! The service is exceptional and the pricing is amazing for what you get! Calming atmosphere as well. I finally found my Houston nail salon!

Sadly... Although the service here is amazing.. I can't keep lying to myself.
The quality of their polish (shellac-wise) is awful and the way they have done my shellac manicures just doesn't seem as "clean" and "proper" as when I have gotten them done at other places. My nails chipped the next day. The. Next. Day. And a week later? All my nails were chipped.
The prices are awesome, but I would rather spend the extra $10 elsewhere for un-chipped nails

Admittedly I'm a relative novice nail care aficionado, but my experience was:
1) loooong wait to get started despite not many clients.
2) overly aggressive cuticle trimming and pumacing resulting in redness and peeling for the next 10 days.
3) the shellac started chipping 3 days later and has continued to chip away every day since (10 days later).
To be honest, my fingernails look worse now than they did before and my cuticles definitely have that raw, picked at look reminiscent of that kid in 1st grade I couldn't stand. And I have the extra hassle of needing to get rid of the shellac
