This was my first visit and I truly enjoyed my experience! Nancy was so sweet and kind! She took her time and made sure my nails were the correct shape and the polish was applied neatly. Great conversation was a plus! The staff was caring and hospitable. I will come back again for another service! Thank you for showing me kindness!

I love this place! Their customer service is phenomenal. Kim and Nancy are my nail techs and they are so talented and detail oriented. Waxing services are also provided here and Jenny is the only person in the Houston area that I will allow near my brows. My brows are thick and Jenny does an amazing job at maintaining them full and fluffy without over waxing. I always get so many compliments on my nails and brows. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly team of professionals for beauty services.

Lan does a great job and takes great care with both manicures and pedicures. The salon is very clean and never overcrowded. Kim is an excellent manager. There is always a feeling of calm in the salon.

They were recommended to me by a good friend during COVID because she was so impressed with their safety measures. I went & I was impressed with their safety measures, but I was even more impressed with their customer service. Kim is always so prompt to return messages & confirm appointments. She’s also great about giving you a heads up if your scheduled appointment time is running late. Mae & Nancy are always amazing with my mani/pedi & this is the ONLY place where my gel manicure has lasted for weeks. My gel mani even lasted through a week of pool/beach time! I moved to Houston recently and tried 3 different places before I went to Shine Envision Nails. The people that work there are beyond sweet and accommodating. Nancy does my nails & she takes her time making sure they look perfect. There was a different way to ask for what I was looking for from what I am used to calling it, and they were so patient and sweet to explain to me the difference when I told them I didn’t know. This is now my new place & I am very happy about it :)

Everyone here is friendly, kind, and extremely talented. My manicures and pedicures always look great and last for a long time. Their salon is always spotless and they have gone above and beyond with their covid precautions. They really care about each other and their customers. I have come here for 3 years and I will never go anywhere else.

I've been looking for a nail place that does good acrylics for about a year and I think I finally found it. Nancy did dip powder on me and she was super sweet and careful. I broke one of my nails a couple months ago and it's still a little tender and not grown out all the way but Nancy was very careful and gentle while using the file and painting. The nails were done very professionally and she definitely paid attention to detail.

I felt very comfortable there with the safety measures they put in place for Covid. Everyone wears a mask and there are plastic barriers to keep distance from each other. The staff is always so friendly and kind. They really care about the integrity of your nails and work hard to get the designs right. I always love the way my nails look after coming here!

I visited Shine nails today after reading all of the positive reviews on a Facebook moms group that they were taking COVID-19 seriously and were protecting their staff and customers. I'm so glad I went!
Appointments only, mask required for customers and the technicians are wearing masks and face shields, acrylic dividers between the customers and technician, hand washing required, paper on the chairs, only using every other chair and even more. My most favorite nail lady moved here recently so I moved with her and have LOVED my experience! The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming--more so than any other nail salon I've been to before. Lots of colors to choose from. I always get the basic spa pedicure and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Shine to any of my friends looking for a great pedicure experience!

Very bad nail salon. After paying $200 shellac my daughter and I, my daughter had smear marks on her nails and mine started to chip the next day, one started to actually peel off, I ended up having to pull it off. Worst part I got the shellac for my two week trip to europe. I called to complain and got a too bad for you remark...WOW. Pics are actual, and on day two since getting the work done.

I have been coming to this location for over ten years, with old management and new! A few of the staff have remained and honestly everyone is excellent! It's a smaller salon, but also so much more quiet and relaxing than others. They are extremely clean, and have soooo many colors to chose from! Mae is phenomenal!! She's fast tThey don't over cut your cuticles, forcing you to come back each week.
