This was my first time trying out this place, and I don’t plan on returning. It’s not a good sign when I feel that I can do a better job than my nail tech... A different person did my pedicure, but my manicure turned out sloppy, especially around the cuticles. The polish layers are visibly uneven on my other nails. It just doesn’t look professional.

I've been going to Jennifer Nail & Spa for a while now! THEY ARE THE BEST! When you walk in, they will always greet you! They take the time to get to know you and are all very sweet. They do not rush you or rush any service. Hands down, they do the BEST pedis. I've tried many different salons in Houston and Austin (where I live) but these ladies take the time to make your toes come back from the dead (or at least mine). They really clean under and around the nail. Your nails instantly feel better. I get my nails done with Tiffany, Julie, or Susan. Any of these three ladies will take

I have a friend who has been going for years. So I tried to make a appointed with Jennifer. Call on a Monday and she could not see me so she said tomorrow at 11:00 I agreed. Went Tuesday at 11:00 pouring rain and flooding and she said no I already have someone it's Thursday! I told her I have my calendar booked and would have never said yes to Thursday! She wanted me to see someone else and I said no. I think that was her plan! I am very disappointed. Parking is 2 spots and now there are meters all over the village. I will not try again. Surely there is someone else with less hassles

Went to this nail salon based on a recommendation, and I was told to request Tiffany. I got a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. Tiffany was very sweet, did all three services for me, and did a great job. The prices here are fantastic, $20 pedicure, and $12 manicure, who could pass that up!
It's a great place to go if you want good customer service, nice looking nails, and are in a time crunch. However, the parking is troublesome, but of course that's not their fault. But do plan a little extra time to find a parking spot. Also, the salon is a little small, and the nail polish selection

It was Good-ish. But for the same price there are better salons in the area. Not a huge selection of colors. Probably wouldn't return.
This is a basic nail shop-- quick, efficient, and they line the bowls with plastic (a muuuuust in my book). That being said, don't go if you want the cushy spa experience.

I LOVE this salon! All of the ladies are so friendly and eager to get started right away! Jennifer, the owner is extremely professional and friendly. I've been going to Julie for my nails and Susan for my pedicures for quite some time now. I absolutely love Julie! She is extremely dedicated to her work. There has NEVER been a bad result with her doing my nails. She is very meticulous about her job being perfect and I love that about her! She takes her time, no rush! - No drying machine for nails which inevitably means messing up my manicure within 3 minutes of stepping outside the salon

The salon is very small, 5 spa chairs and 8 manicure stations. I couldn't imagine being in here with it full, can you say claustrophobic? The salon is very long and narrow! The pedicure I got was the fastest pedicure I've EVER had. They have 3 types of spa pedicure. I got the classic pedicure which claims to be 30 minutes. The woman spent maybe 15 minutes working on my feet. The massage on my legs, lasted a total of two minutes. The hot stone was literally a swipe up and down my leg on front and back, and they weren't even hot. The girl did an amazing job, however I don't feel

Pros: Unlike other nail salons I've been to, I saw the staff actually talking to their clients and not just amongst themselves. Leslie was very friendly and did a great job on my mani pedi. Prices were reasonable.
Con: The only con is that the place is so small with poor ventilation so the smell is pretty strong. Next time I'll go earlier in the day and earlier in the week when it's not so busy. Maybe the smell won't be as strong.

I just moved to Houston and was looking for a new place to get shellac and a pedicure. They have a wide variety of polishes and the nail technicians are very quick.
Janie did my pedicure and took the time to mend my feet. I have very sensitive toenails and she clipped a small ingrown toenail that had started to dig into my skin. Janie did my shellac (after having to remove my solar nails) and did a fantastic job. You can't even notice that my nails were in bad shape beforehand. She left them perfectly squared away and did one last file after the shellac had already dried. I'm very impressed

I'm finally getting around to writing a review since I promised I would!! A friend and I went to get our nails done last weekend.
Outside of the wait being EXTREMELY long, the service was great! I got a solar fill and a regular pedi. My friend just got a regular mani and pedi! Tracy did my nails and she was very careful and did a great job. I even messed up one of my nails while drying and she fixed it with no problem. I don't remember who did my pedicure but she did a very good job at all and she didn't rush! I have started going to Nails Club in Pearland but whenever I can&apos
