My favorite place for pedicures! Mai did my gel pedi and it was so great the color looks perfect and she took her time making sure I really liked it! The massage was so relaxing and my feet feel so soft!
Service is great here! As soon as I walked in for my appointment I was greeted and checked in. They offered beverages and always checked to see if I needed anything.
I'll definitely be coming back and I've recommended it to all my friends.

Writing this review saddens me. I have been a client at Bliss for more than 10 years. I have gone every two/three weeks without fail except at the beginning of the pandemic. I'm not sure what has changed so much in the last three months but it's not for the better. Today was my third time in a row to go that they didn't have me scheduled to do my services at the same time or even at all. When I made my last appointment for today I was very clear what I needed. Here's the thing: be self-aware. If you want to have spa parties--which is a great idea--maybe don't accept walk-ins when you're already seemingly short staffed. ***Per the request of the person managing BDS's social media: Yes. I absolutely chose to take my business elsewhere and declined their service. The general ambiance was one of disorganization and unpreparedness. I went here based on the amazing reviews. I found a tech through reviews and was excited to get some cool designs and fancy nails. I was there Dec 23rd. Upon walking in they had maybe 2-3 techs and she told me to go with this other male tech. My original tech had apparently quit along with a ton of other employees when they switched owners. He couldn’t even draw straight gold lines on my nails. I showed him multiple ideas for my nails and he could not do anything but basic colors. He told me to do shellac because it was easier for the design and the shellac barely lasted my trip to Hawaii. I

I don't like posting negative reviews but I think this warrants it. I went in with powered dipped nails that I wanted removed for a fresh set plus a a pedicure.
I will say I didn't have an appointment and would have left if told me to.
Anyway, I get a seat at the manicure bar and then spend THREE HOURS from slowest nail removal and application I've ever received. I was there from noon to three. Hour one was just removing my nails.
At first I was patient because I though she was trying to make sure my nail bed wasn't damage but well over hour two she was still putting on

First time here and it won't be my last ! They took me about 40 minutes before closing and they treated me like the Queen I am... Everyone there was truly amazing and friendly and very attentive!! Chelsea did my pedicure and Michael did my manicure.. They have complementary drinks which is a plus for me lol I love to drink. Then on top of them being a nail spa they also do massages!! So this will forever be my spot. Thank you again guys!

I have been coming to Bliss since 2014, but unfortunately I will not be back. They changed their manicure products or something, and the quality is so bad that a shellac manicure flakes and chips within the first week! Such a waste of money! Their staff has also completely changed & it doesn't seem as clean as it used to be. So sad - I used to love this place.

Amazing Spa. I spent the day with my girlfriends doing our nails and getting massages. The nail technicians were very fast, efficient and turned out beautifully. The massages were very relaxing. What I appreciated the most was the diversity in the staff and not hearing them speak their language amongst each other which is what you get at other nail salons. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my experience. I will be booking all my girls spa outings with Bliss.

The lady who did my nails was good, but I made an appointment for 2 and when we got there, I had to wait for my friend to get her nails done before she could work on me because I was told she’s the only one who’s best at it. So my only critique would be transparency on the phone when booking and I guess just more technicians that can achieve the look the clients are looking for. Other than having to wait 15 minutes, I would prefer she work on my cuticles too. I felt like she missed a couple steps but as you can see, it came out beautifully. The worst service experience I have ever had. I got to the shop a couple of minutes before 10:00 AM they were not open. They did not arrive until five minutes after 10:00 am, which was the time for my appointment. And the people that did arrive felt it necessary to explain to me they weren't even supposed to be there. They were replacing staff that was stuck in traffic. I could not believe it. They didn't even feel the need to apologize to the customer for not being there on time.

So I found this place on ClassPass and I decided to use it for my nail set and get my feet done by paying separate. Well when I got there check in was easy, they sat me down quickly and all. The hound lasy doing my feet was good, I had no issues. The hound lady doing my set was nice as well but I asked her to thin my nail down more and even them out she said okay but did not (please excuse my nails, they are a week and a half old and I clean my house alot haha)but in the picture you can see the difference of them being uneven. I don't know why she was rushing or maybe didn't want to do a good service

I've been here once before to get dip and nail art, super good job.
Back again to have dip nail set removed, polish. Vickie did a good job with all of that
On the spot Pedi added and Lucy did a great job there too !
Both of them constantly ask me how I was doing throughout if anything needed to be changed. Definitely my go-to nail place from here on forward. Can't wait to return.

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and decided to give this place a try. I went in with my friend to get a new set. We made a reservation at 12pm, and I'm glad we did. The shop was quite busy and I saw people waiting.
My friend got a reg nail polish. I was worried that the duration of doing our nails might differ and I didn't want my friend to just wait. However surprisingly the lady who took care of us made sure that didn't happen and quite frankly she did it so smoothly that it was such a great experience.

Moved to the area and was disappointed by some nearby nail salons. Then I found Bliss Day Spa and intend to stay a loyal customer from now on! Whether there solo or with my sister, the professionalism/ quality have been great. Easy-to-use online appointment portal is an added perk for sure. Their team has been consistently great (THANKS Jane, Bo & company) & their prices are very reasonable for the results.

Came here on a weekday for a pedicure. They were prompt - started and ended on time. They have a variety of drinks available and my technician was friendly and competent. The salon is simple and down-to-earth. Only gripe is that there are 2 swatch books, and I had the wrong color applied initially b/c the same number was a different color in each of the books. It'd be helpful if they were labelled.

- I absolutely love my color choice
- the tech cleaned up my cuticles so nicely

here's where it kinda gets unsettling
- I made an appointment over the phone, but the person I made my appt with, sounded soulless.
- I am approached

So i came here this past thursday to get a new set acrylic regular polish done. my nail tech name was Mai she was such a lovely sweet lady. I needed to get this done last minute that day and she was the only nail tech available so thats why i agreed to book the appointment. Their price was decent too compared to close by nail shops in the heights area. I think it was $35 for the set with $5 take off old nails. $40 total plus tip. This is my first time here i am only in town for a few days so needed to get a new set since my nails were so grown out.
