Staff was good & friendly. Took maintenance a long while sometimes to fill requests. The grounds were kept up for the most part. The dog park needs to be updated & cleaned up. It would be great if fellow renters that lived there cleaned up after their pets outside. I had 3/4 bikes stolen off my patio which were all knew. Didn't even have them for a while year.
Other than that, it was pretty cool & the neighbors were chill. Not much complaining.

Parking is a nightmare, it’s ok during the day but as soon as the evening time comes you can’t find any parking. People would park and they didn’t even live there and none of the vehicles got towed. Maintenance was terrible, our entire back door glass shattered and it took them 2 months to repair it. The bathtub flooring started to peel off and they never came to fix at after numerous requests to get it fixed. Had some neighbors that were really rude and inconsiderate with their vehicle as well. If you plan to live there, good luck!

We can’t stand living here and want to leave ASAP. It’s not family friendly whatsoever. There’s no playground or area for the kids to play, so we let them ride bikes and play outside while we watch them closely. Well that’s “not allowed”, we were told our tiny patios are the only area they can play and that we can “hang out”. The bbq’s and other amenities (now pool) are never open. Parking is horrible. We were told we can’t eat outside unless it’s at the clubhouse?! With paying as much as we pay to live here it’s absurd to me the lengths they’ve gone to make our time here

In brief, it was a nightmare to live here. It may work best for single students/employees who work from home and/or use Uber/Lyft to get around. I hope the place has improved or is in the process of.

For what it cost to live here you'd think this place would have built in cameras,assigned parking for each of their tenants, a decent security guard patrolling the apartments. But NO! My boyfriend works hard everyday for his vehicle and garage to get broken into. This happens at least once a month! Management does Nothing in regards to helping him solve this matter. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Can't wait till his lease is up!
