Services
We offer various watch services depending on the brand of your watch and the maintenance required. Watch services include but are not limited to: battery testing and replacement, adding and removing links, installing new straps and complete over-hauls. Having a full service repair studio equipped with a laser welder and 30 years of repair experience we are able to service most antique items.
With 30 plus years of experience, we've had the opportunity to design some of the most beautiful and interesting jewelry/objects for our clients. Chad is so much fun to work with, and he is so talented!! He made my wedding band using my Grandmother’s diamonds, made diamond earrings for my baby girl, and now he is helping design a mother’s ring for me. For anyone who is a first time engagement ring buyer, this is the place to go. Chad was extremely knowledgeable, patient and all around good guy that takes the time to walk you through the entire ring buying process. You tell him your budget, the style and any other ideas you may have and he delivers more than you ever could Imagine. I thought the engagement ring buying process was supposed to be a stressful experience, but Chad made it an extremely enjoyable process and I would recommend his shop over any shop around.

Working with Chad at Jackson Grey was a real joy. Chad worked very hard to recreate my 1920’s single stone engagement ring into a 3 stone ring using a pair of earrings that I had. The details on the new ring are EXACTLY the same as my original which I love some much. I would 100 percent recommend Jackson Grey for any of your custom jewelry needs he is a true artist.

Chad helped my son design an engagement ring. He ended up with the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!! From picking out the diamonds to working through CAD drawings our experience was amazing!
