HORRIBLE. Screaming children running around until 10, 11 at night. Literally screaming at the top of their lungs. Playing and hiding in the bushes next to your bedroom window? Not cool. Congregating on your door step (whilst screaming). Parents dont discipline or say anything to their kids. There are signs that say No bicycling, scooters, roller blades, playing ball, etc. that obviously dont matter. 10 family members living each household so there are cars parked in front of the dumpsters, (they dont bother to put their trash IN the dumpster, just set it down. Disgusting and stinks.) parked behind
