My experience with this staff has been great. I originally was suppose to move into a second floor unit but really wanted a first floor. Juanna (property manager)found a way to make that happen.she had a first floor coming available but it needed to be fully rehabbed. Juanna put her team on it and I didn’t have one compliant at move in! The rehab team did not cut corners and juanna continued to go above and beyond to make my move-in as stress free as possible. It’s super quiet at night,residents seem nice, And last but not least...LOCATION. This complex is within 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.

So 3wks ago me and my child walked to pool.."Shots rang out, not realizing we were in middle of a shoot out!" Wk later a/c stopped working! Put in 3work orders to get fixed! Nothing!! Guess if u fall behind on rent then you got NO rights to staying cool! 2wks now!! Last night heard noises by my lil boys window, checked this morning screen off window and attempt to break-in!! Clearly don't know me!! Cuz if they did they would've bypassed altogether!!! Hope you try again!!! We'll be waiting!!🤬

Nothing is refurbished, nothing has been updated, loud old air conditioning unit outside of bedroom window sounds like a lawnmower, fish washer doesn't work, two big elements on stove don't work, laminate flooring hasn't been replaced in probably ten years. Has a residue that is impossible to clean, ripped and torn and they won't replace it, carpets old and stained. Walls have so much damage but they just slap some mud on them and paint over everything! The kitchen has painted cabinets but the paint comes off just by rubbing your finger over the surface, nasty ! Countertops

I wanted to take a few minutes to write a review on Cielo Azul Apartment. I just moved in to the property. This experience was overwhelming due to the fact that everything was done online and through email because of the pandemic situation. But I’m glad to say that the management team has been really helpful in answering all my questions. Betty, is really professional at doing her job and very responsive when I had any questions closer to my moving date. Huge thanks to her! Daniel, thanking for getting back with me as quickly as you can’t through via email. Janesis, is such a sweet person.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT lease here. This place is INFESTED with roaches. Roaches crawling everywhere. Even in the refrigerator, stove, & microwave. My son had several ear infections from roaches crawling inside his ear. My son had allergic reactions to the roaches crawling all inside of his dressers and on his clothes. Me and my son ultimately had to leave while my husband stayed and finished the lease. I chose my toddlers health over staying in this DISGUSTING place. We had roach catchers FILLED with roaches. I was so traumatized by the roaches in this place I started having

Being close to the mall is amazing. I love being centrally located and close to my job. I transferred my job from out of state, the office staff was helpful with the process. Work orders can be a bit slow, the parking is a serious problem hardly ever a spot near my place but I live my apt and my neighbor is not loud. The mailbox is super far from where my apt is so another downside. I like it here, gotta take the good with the bad.

Unfortunately Yelp won't let me give less than 1 star. Meadow Wood Apartments (now managed by United Apartment Group) are the absolute worst apartments I've ever seen. There is ONE staff member that cares about the property (Max in Maintenance) but there is NO WAY one person could fix this disgusting mess! The office staff are like a rotating door... You never get the same person twice. I've got pictures to Prove the Horrid Condition of this place!! Formerly managed by Presidium (who also did NOTHING to repair the DEPLORABLE CONDITION) Trust & Believe... STAY AWAY FROM MEADOW
