Although I spent 36 years as a middle school math and technology teacher, I spent every summer working. Most of my initial work was building and painting. After a number of years I started moving inside and rehabbing bathrooms, kitchens and basements. I first received my home inspection license in 2005 and also spent 3 years building a second and third floor on my own home, doubling its size.
