Born in Mesa, Ariz., to Teri and John Rothlisberger, Jordan spent his childhood in St Johns, Ariz., where he was active in Academic Decathalon and played on the high school baseball team before graduating as Valedictorian. He then began his education at Brigham Young University before serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Melbourne, Australia, teaching the gospel he loved so much in Mandarin Chinese.
Upon returning to BYU, he met and married his queen, Jen, in the Manti, Utah temple and they began their family while he pursued his undergraduate degree in business management. He graduated Cum Laude in 2011 and then attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn. While there, he was selected as a Student Ambassador and was honored with the Outstanding Clinician Award and the Drs.

A comprehensive eye exam includes a visual evaluation as well as an ocular health evaluation. The aspects of the examination that our office provides: complete medical and ocular history, glaucoma screening, visual field screening, visual acuities, biomicroscopy, topography, refraction and slit lamp exam.
At Premier Eyecare we believe in offering the latest advancements in ophthalmic lenses and lens treatments. We believe that the lenses you choose are more important than the frames that are selected. After completing your exam our Doctors will have your prescription and will prescribe the most appropriate lenses and lens treatments options.
Our collection for women includes: Tom Ford, Prada, Coco Song, Diva, Kate Spade, Ted Baker and many more. Frames for men include: Tom Ford, Oakley, Jaguar, Ray Ban and many other brands and styles including sports fit and safety frames. We also have Silhouette for men and women who prefer to have the lightest frame available.

The professional service to the customer begins right upon entry! The preliminary examination prior to seeing the doctor is thorough! Dr. Jones was personable during his examination and explained in detail my condition. Also the office has an excellent selection of frames. I highly recommend you visit this office.

I really like this eye clinic. Their staff are all warm and accommodating. Dr. Daniel Blanco explains well the condition of my daughter’s eye and all possible options and future plans to help her condition. He takes his time to explain everything and made my daughter feel at ease since it will be her first time to wear prescription glasses. I highly recommend this eye clinic.

Premier eye care does a great job taking care of my family. We come here to have our eyes checked and have seen all of the doctors, all top notch. The front office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you're looking for an eye care provider stop in or call them for an appointment, you'll be glad you did.

My daughter and I recently went to Premier Eyecare for thr first time for annual exams and to see if my daughter needed glasses. Starting from booking an appointment, this place was simple, easy and convenient. Next comes the staff, incredibly nice, welcoming and so helpful. They definitely have the best of the best technology to check your sight and overall eye health. We saw Brittany Warner who was just phenomenal. She was incredibly thorough. Since my daughter and I we're seen together it was a very long appointment however not once did she rush us through it. We finished up a few minutes before

I don’t usually do this as I don’t typically go to doctors facilities, but these are seriously the best people to deal with. This is the greatest eye facility my family and I have ever been to. Dr. Jones and the rest of his staff are the greatest. I can’t say enough. We will always go to Premier Eye Center. I don’t write reviews, but this group deserves the greatest review. Super Awesome.

The quality of service I have received from Dr. Darcy Jones has been outstanding! Dr. Jones has excellent bedside manner and she is professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. The only reason I chose this practice is because they carry a brand of glasses that I love, Silhouettes.
I needed an annual eye exam so I booked an appointment. Pretty simple, right? Well little did I know that this practice is so desperate to not have a patient miss their appointment that it meant being called 3 separate times on the phone disrupting my workday and at least 5 texts every day leading up to my appointment.
I do understand the need to remind patients but this was excessive and disruptive!
So I show up for the appointment and am left waiting in an empty lobby for 15 minutes

Your employees do not acknowledge patients when they come in. The reception area is a high desk without anyone sitting there. No bell to ring.
Your optician that filled my two prescriptions with transition lenses didn't tell me that the glasses won't get dark while driving the car. No consideration for long time clients. To exchange one set of transition lenses with progressive prescription for a set of regular sunglasses lenses with UV they asked for $400! I think Dr. Jones is good but their office/opticians are terrible. DON''T go here.

This place is awful staff is so rude. The drs don't care about your opinions I was given an incorrect vision script I had to fly back to ohio to see my long term eye dr. Where he told me my script was incorrect and lowered way more than it should be I know have suffered from massive migraines and a strain in my vision because of premier Eyecare they wouldn't even fix my glasses with the correct script. Do not go here they are way over priced and do not care about there customers at all ! Will never come here again never have been treated so rudely.

Don't bother, actual eye appt was fine but impossible to get glasses. Plan on waiting HOURS they don't take appointment I've been in on three separate occasions when only one person is helping fit and order glasses. I couldn't even get someone to explain my insurance benefits so that I can start browsing through the glasses. Finally found out through VSP I have $130 for the purchase of frames and they acknowledge they had not one single pair frames in that price range. Total rip off. Will be contacting VSP.

I want to like this place. I bought my daughter there for update an eye exam for her new glass . But all price of eye frame are $140 plus , so with the lenses they quote me $380 with insurance and without is $700 when I know the price I just have to leave the shop , went to Walmart vision center with new frame and lenses for $70 . I don't think I will go back there for glass ,just for prescription is ok

Dr Jones is amazing. I have terrible prism and astigmatism issues. He has been the only doctor who has gotten my lenses correct the first time. I would recommend him to anyone especially, if they have difficult eye issues.
The staff is also amazing. Amanda, especially. They know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it.
