I love this place! I always dread going to the eye doctor since my eyesight is really bad. Every single employee I interacted with made sure to put me at ease. They were very friendly and patient. The doctor listened to my concerns and really took the time to address them. I would absolutely recommend this center to anyone!

Walked into this gorgeous array of glasses and was immediately acknowledged and assisted by the receptionist. The exam was better explained than at other businesses and the employees take the time and care to answer all questions. The associate that helped me pick out my glasses explained all lens options and actually helped pick out a great frame for me that I loved! Extremely clean office, extremely friendly staff, and great product! I am so glad I found them!!

They got me in on very short notice (same day) and I was very happy with everything. I think they really go out of their way to make the customer happy. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor to the opticians, are very committed to customer service. I love my glasses, and they are the best ones I have ever had. I have never seen so clearly out of these glasses and they required specialty treatment. Came in to look at what type of eyeglasses they offer. The receptionst directs me to the optician. The optician asks if I have a prescription and insurance. Tell her yes. She directs me to all their womens glasses and that was the end of the conversation. Didn't bother to help with styles or ask if I had questions. Really odd and cold. My 10 yr old son even commented how she lacked customer service skills. Won't support a business that does not appreciate their customers.

I went to Woolf Eye Care Center to get an eye exam for the first time in a long time. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped explain every step of the way. I was in very quickly and the overall experience was very pleasant. I ordered some glasses and they came in exactly when they said they would. The staff also helped to fit the glasses to my face before I left. I'll definitely be coming back here again.

I had bought glasses elsewhere 1/2018 (progressive lenses) I couldn't ever see out of them & kept telling the old place with NO resolution.
I was referred to Dr. Woolf from a co-worker. It has been the best experience from start to finish!! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful with my questions.
Dr Woolf went above and beyond with the eye exam and took time to explain why I had issues previously.
I now have the best glasses I've ever owned.

My wife has been going to Dr Woolf for years for her eye care needs. I was overdue for an eye exam and being diabetic that wasn't a good thing. However I also knew being I'd reached the age where eyes kind of start going bad (mid 40s) and things have been a fuzzy lately. They have top quality equiptment saving the need for dialated eye exams as they can do rapid retinal scans and keep that on record. Also their equiptment can give the MD a quick idea of where your vision needs may go. Reasonable prices and very responsive. I had to get bifocals and was told two weeks and they were ready

Wow! Dr. Woolf and his staff really care about their patients! During the busy holiday rush I came down with an eye infection on both eyelids and it was extremely painful. At first I was going to go to urgent Care, but my husband urged me to go to the expert! Dr. Woolf! As it happened, I was driving by his office and decided to just stop in and see if they could get me in somehow. I knew it was a long shot but I was in serious pain. The front desk was so kind and was able to get me in right away! Dr. Woolf prescribed me some oral antibiotics and and eye cream and also unclogged my eyelash duct

I go waaaaay back with Dr. Woolf and his practice. He has guided me through my kerataconus diagnosis since my early 20's. He is quite thorough and is always keeping abreast of new treatments and solutions. When I was still in contacts, his office always provided samples so I didn't have to go out and buy kits for a while. Their hours give me an opportunity to book appointments on my schedule as I now live in central Phoenix and refuse to give him up as my eye specialist. His optical assistants find ways to save me money when deciding on glasses and types of lenses. I do love Dr. Woolf

My first experience with Woolf Eye Center was painless and pleasant. They office was welcoming and efficient handling my insurance and appointment. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time during the exam. I appreciated that he explained the tests to me and what exactly my issues were. After the appointment he walked me to the eye glass area and introduced me to the person who fits you for glasses. There was no pressure, and I was thankful that Sam helped me choose just the right pair that would look good on my face type.

They get one star only because ZERO is not an option. To be clear, we did not get an eye exam. This is in reference to buying glasses.
There is NO customer service here at all. They are rude, dismissive and are not interested in your business.
We love to buy locally and it is a big disappointment to have such a bad experience. They did not try to make our experience successful, let alone pleasant. They have poor communication, no customer service skills and not even a process that makes it possible to conclude business with them. They aren't cheap

I wanted to switch to an optometrist that was closer to my house.. Anyways I go in and I already knew i have slight astigmatism in one eye.. That dr gave me astigmatism contacts for both my eyes.. I went in later and complaint about getting astigmatism contacts when I really didn't need the specially on my good eye.. Any ways I finally got the right pair of contacts and the charged me close to $70 for the eye exam which consumed about all of what my insurance gives me.. I hated that place and their doctor...
