I am quite thankful to Colin and Kat for an outstanding sewer scope inspection experience. Kat kindly set up our Monday appointment by responding to our emails over the weekend. Although this inspection may have derailed my purchase, I am extremely glad I went with cornerstone. Mike found so many things that I missed looking at the house that would have probably cost me between 50,000-100,000 dollars in repairs. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know and will certainly be using them again.

Mike and his dad where amazing and right to the point. We learned so much in one that now has us feeling like experts in inspections. We had a mini lesson on pools of which taught us a lot…. I can't stress enough how great of an experience I had with Cornerstone. Whether it was the prompt response and follow up from Kat on the phone or the polite, thorough, and professional demeanor from Colin who checked the sewer lines and Michael who did the rest of the inspection.

Cornerstone Home Inspections was a great choice for us as first-time home buyers. Mike was knowledgeable and thorough, but he easily explained what he was doing, and walked us through the big-ticket items as he was doing the inspection. He did not fail to record everything he saw diligently, but he spoke with us in such a way as to alleviate concerns and the overwhelming feelings that can come with going through your first home inspection as prospective buyers.
