2018: This company has been a complete disappointment. I wanted to keep a private landlord as I had a great experience prior to this one. Before I moved into this place I spoke to the agent about my issues with the place and asked that they be fixed prior to moving in. Upon moving in they were not fixed and I was assured that they would be 2 months later they are not. Hello everyone! I been trying to reach out to someone for 7 days about a property that they have and had not yet talk to anyone yet. Took my money out my account for the application fee won't return none of my email or calls. The agent that I been working with do not answer the phone and reposone back to and when the last time she did reposone she had no clue what was going on with my application. When you call the office the ext number they tell you to use you can't get through at all. I left 6 messages and no yet has responded to me by email or by phone.

Was very unresponsive to the needs of the tenant. If I could give zero stars I would have.

During my stay at the property managed by Allegiant Property Management, I was overall neutral—not good, not bad—just a rental property management company.
I was, however, disturbed when I got my security deposit back. You see, I was living in the property with roommates. After the roommates left, I extended the lease for about 2 or 3 more months. In good faith, I issued the security deposit differential to my roommates—to seemingly make matters easier for everyone. However, I was extremely displeased when, $415.00 was returned to me out of a possible $1458.00. Essentially, they, without
