I love the apartment itself, but the management is impossibly mishandled. I've gone over 6 weeks with no properly working Air Conditioning over this summer, it's still not working. The management has not been easy at all to work with and they seem combative at the idea of doing the bare minimum. The office staff has a high turn over rate and they don't have a system for accountability in place. I think they actively avoid accountability.

Please pardon my rambling that I’m sure I’m about to do. I have had the most amazing experience with Whitney and Cassidy both with Country Park. Whitney has been very patient with me and all my hundreds of emails and phone calls through the process of being approved for Country Park. She and Cassidy have both been outstandingly helpful. I am so excited to start the new chapter of my little families life with Country Park! Edit: They did offer to refund my application fee once we got in touch, so that was nice of them.
We got approved for an apartment here and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone in almost 2 weeks. Called multiple times every day with no answer. When I emailed, I did get one response saying that we would hear from them soon which never happened. I even took the time to email the corporate office company and didn’t even hear back from them! So we wasted an application fee and not to mention gave them our personal information. We are now looking elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and money

I don’t know if this office is creating different accounts to write reviews and make them 3.5 stars but this place is absolutely awful. The leasing office people sit in there doing nothing and ignores the residents that are knocking on the door for help or they’re on a ‘lunch break’ for 6 hours straight. Poorly run, maintenance is awful and either doesn’t ever respond or takes forever to fix the maintenance problem. Main issue is the family running the leasing office do not know how to do their jobs or apparently we’re never taught how to be good at their jobs.
