We guarantee you will never have to pay a tenant placement fee more than once in a 12 month period. If a tenant we place for a 12 month lease does not fulfill their 12 month lease obligation, we will place another tenant at no cost to you. They are supposed to be MANAGING the properties for the Owners to make owners feel free of taking care of their properties
This is NOT what’s happening
1.As soon as I entered property, the STINK of dog was so overwhelming, I had to take a break from breathing
2. Windows aren’t operable
3. Shower door collapsed as I slid it to examine bathtub area
4. In some of the rooms , the closets are way too uncomfortable to use

READ THIS IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY OWNER!
From the very start they have charged us every month for repairs! We get 1/4 less every month because of something the tenants break. On top of that, they do NOT ask before they replace or charge you. It will just show up on your account and there is nothing you can do. For the 2nd time in less than a year they are replacing the same thing. I am not sure who they picked but they are destroying my new home. They keep saying the issue is "due to the age of the unit" and my home was built in 2018. Please use another up front company who is clear on what they

Maria Schulle at Green Light was so incredibly professional, polite, kind, sweet, and patient! She went above and beyond to make sure I got this house during this aggressive market were facing right now during the pandemic. She even answered my called which was made AFTER business hours.. I just happed to catch her at the right time. This company in general is awesome and they assure you a smooth stress free move in process. I definitely recommend Green Light Property to anyone who is looking for a place to call home. Scheduling a tour of our home was simple and quick. Green light really maintains their homes. The rental house was clean and beautiful! Maria Schulle is AMAZING she went above and beyond to help us get into our new rental home.
