Horrible property manager I haven't had any contact because they refuse to call me back about my office they took over months ago. I have sent 2 notices and multiple calls this is ridiculous. Don't use them. I stand by my review you are a illegal company without a active tax id. You only managed the building a month and in that month our suites were broken into twice and you refused to return contact until I left this review and had the nerve to ask me to change it. You should be in jail for fraud. Leave me alone I will not be removing my negative review because it is ture and people deserve to

My mother rented a property that was taken over by this company. They are slow to fix the essentials, such as air conditioning units and leaks. The staff lacks professionalism and simple etiquette. They raised the rent giving a less than 30 days notice. Believe Rocco, this is a PR stunt. Its been several years and I can not believe that one staff members is still employed.

I rented from them, they are shady. 4602 Carmel Ln., Rowlett, TX 75088, you can ask the neighbors. I posted my bad review on the other listing. Just want to drive my point home with this company.
If you rented from Moxie, file a complaint with texas attorney general. We need to teach this company a lesson. They will screw you out of your security deposit with cleaning charges even if you clean the place to look new.

This company appears to have hired someone to “clean up” their negative image. Please see the reviews on their original google business listing. Those reviews are from real people, real tenants. This listing is a duplicate to try to get better google ratings, probably suggested by the SCO Angela has paid. This is a morally incompetent business and I would stay far away, especially seeing how they are now paying for 5 star reviews as well as enlisting personal friends (Shawna Murphy) to help clean up the image Angela destroyed with her lack of professionalism as a landlord and business owner
