When i got relocated for my job for 3 years i didn’t want to give up my house in Bedford but i was so nervous about renting it out. Deguire Properties came to the rescue. I have leased homes before in my past but I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had in those years. When something was wrong, the response time and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Everyone working at DeGuire Properties is professional. They even take the time to get to know you and remember you. When I called they always answered and knew me by the sound of my voice. Not many companies take the time to do that.
If I move, and I will have to move again, I will definitely look at their website for leasing or buying a house.

I leased through Deguire Properties for 3 years. They were so easy to work with from setting up payment and maintenance online to them providing various tips and notices about extreme weather. Any time there was a problem they had someone at the house the very next day, sometimes the same day. A real plus not only for me the renter, but for the home owners as well. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are searching for a rental property to live in or if you have a property to lease out, you cannot go wrong with DeGuire properties!!!

Me and two other roommates have recently moved in our home. We are thrilled and we love it. Gwen Hammons was our realtor who helped us find the home we wanted and she was excellent and very friendly. If you need one, look no further. Derek DeGuire with DeGuire Properties was also very helpful. I myself was in a huge time crunch situation and he got us moved in with time to spare. He has already come by to check on us once and has followed up again in text to make sure everything is well. House hunting can be stressful. But with these people it did not feel that way. I highly recommend this company
