Okc news 4 has been here at FoxCroft Apartments in okc 2 times already and this company has not told us when they going to fix are heat . I have 2 little kids they offer us space heater I go at least 2 times a week to get one they say they don't have any so I had to go out and buy 2 of my own . Some time when it get cold I have to use my oven to warm up my apartment

I've been reaching out to this company trying to get answers for a while now about why after being a great tenet never missed a payment nor was late a year after I moved they put on my credit report I owe 2k for back rent. I had a notice put in to move 2 months in advance I had a walkout that we'd perfect and left on great terms with a zero balance. Now a year later no contact from them they say i owe thousands of $$ to themand it's not true. I have young children and am working hard to survive now that they have done this I am going to be homeless because no one will rent to me even though it

My hot water tank has gone out and I was told by on-call maintenance (who didn’t even bother to come to my apartment) that I would not have hot water until MONDAY! Today is Thursday. I’ve been calling since this morning. And because he didn’t come out to at least assess the problem, it may be longer than 5 days because they don’t know if it’s just a part that needs to be replaced, if the pilot light is out, or if the whole tank needs to be replaced. The potential to not have running hot water for more than 5 days is very much a real possibility. There is no way this is right. I am going

McCallum Communities owes me 400 dollars because I overpaid before moving out in FEBRUARY. They have given me ledgers showing they owe this money, but over the past 5 months they've simply not answered most calls or emails. When they do they show they're aware of this and will get it taken care of but don't, seemingly hoping I just forget. Eventually I was told to contact corporate - wehner multi family. They have never once answered a call of mine or responded to a voice message. This seems criminal to me, but getting a lawyer would result in more money going to them than I am owed by McCallum

Can't ever reach a person in the Dallas office. They hire rude unhelpful people (Dallas Apts).
Their leasing offices are very poor managed, they try to charge you for bogus extra charges. Was told eviction process due to no payments from tenants but was paid by TRR, but I actually had a previous lease that I paid all 12m myself. They are unorganized and have no clue about their residents. BEWARE!

I advise anyone who is thinking of renting through this company and with any of their properties to not do it. I was assured that I would be approved with one of their properties paid a $50 application fee and a $150 admin to receive a call saying that they couldn’t approve me and that I would not receive a refund for at least my admin fee..when told that was not communicated I was hung up on and my calls were not answered.

This apartment is an awful place to live. Am currently in this apartment and am moving out when my lease expires. My car has been wrongfully towed 3 times even though am a resident. The lady at the leasing office gave me an expired resident sticker and towed my car. My car got towed at the visitor parking today even though I registered it. Please stay away from this apartment. I would not advise my enemy to live here.

I am an air conditioning tech with 42years experience in the field. The unit in my apartment is down . I called the office and offered to take a look at my own a/c . The manager told me to go ahead. I took a look at the machine and determined it to have a set of contactors sticking. I went to where the maintenance men were working and told them that I would replace the contactor if they would supply it. The maintenance man , Humberto, scalded me like I was a child in this care.
