Our story begins in 1988 when our founder Roger Benz began managing various associations in Saline and Ann Arbor as R.H. Benz and Associates. In 2002 he decided to form Expert Property Management, Inc or EPMI. This began a period of growth. We are focused solely on the management of condominium and homeowner associations in Washtenaw county and surrounding areas.

The most important function of the Board of Directors and your management company is taking care of the association's money. Our precise accounting practices provide that all parties know exactly where each dollar is and where each dollar is being spent. We deliver financial statements with reconciled banks statements to all Board members prior to the 15th day of the following month.
