We randomly called to ask about houses available for rent. We talked with Mike Zanto, he suggested we also consider condos. He quickly sent us a list of those that met our criteria. We picked out a couple and got back with him. He promptly showed us the properties we chose. We emailed him with numerous questions over the next couple days and he was amazingly helpful, answering our questions and researching what we asked of him. He closely worked with us as we worked thru the lease contracts and then signed them. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with.

I leased with J. Keller for 3 years at 2 separate locations. They are by far the best landlord I have had in my 12 years of leasing. During my time there they responded to requests in a timely fashion, albeit balancing the desires of the tenet with the money interests of the property owner. From both locations I had no qualms at all about my returned security deposit.

The only decent part about this leasing company is the maintenance crew who actually tries to help you out. When we moved in, we were charged a $400 cleaning fee, yet when we moved in the place was super dirty. One of the rooms what locked from the inside and what did they do? Sawed out the lock and taped over it, rather than replacing it with a new door and putting in a new lock. They also gave us a broken fridge upon move in that they failed to replace for over a week, making us throw out all our food. They also didn't give any form of adequate replacement for our fridge not did they compensate

I had a great experience with J. keller properties who helped me rent a house 3 years ago. Throughout my time with them I was treated with respect and felt very valued as a tenant. The whole team is very professional, in addition very friendly and helpful.
Mike accomodated every request I had and made the move-in, move-out process very easy and seamless.
The maintenance team is great. Jonathan was responsive and always dealt promptly with my maintenance requests.

I thought I had a signed lease before they told me the owners decided to back out of it last minute from signing their part of the contract. It left us scrambling last minute looking for a new place to live which is very stressful.
Drew is a very nice guy and tried his best but I think next time they should button down their processes much better.

Long story short Jon and his representative Drew pulled a house out from under me and 3 others in my group. We are responsible young professionals (all in our late 20s early 30s) and we have a good track record of renting in this town. We submitted applications, put a $2000 deposit down on a rental and without warning were informed that the property was rented to someone else because we didn't submit proof of income fast enough for them. They did not issue us a deadline and were very friendly and chummy in person so we thought it was not an issue. They did not send a single email, phone call

I am writing this long overdue review for J Keller Properties. My partner and I have been with J Keller for almost a year now, and it was one of the best and luckiest decisions we made. We had previously been with another property management company for ~5 years, and we lost A LOT of money while with them. We are very trusting, but over time we couldn't trust them, as they're accounting was horrible. Hey couldn't understand the simplest of requests.
