I've been specializing in a very slow, relaxing, and deeply healing style of yoga called yin yoga since 2008. I started out as a vinyasa yoga teacher in 2005, but quickly discovered that my practice needed to include stillness just as much as it needed to include movement. If you're looking for help in learning how to slow down, or make time for yourself, you've come to the right place.
I'm not your typical yoga teacher. You can read all about me here, or listen to my story of switching careers from Chemical Engineer to Full Time Yoga Teacher here. Awesome : I'm glad you found me! I've been teaching yin yoga for over 13 years and I LOVE LOVE LOVE having the privilege of introducing new students to this practice that has changed my body and changed my life for the better in so many ways.

Your membership gets you access to live online yin yoga classes with me every Wednesday night from 7-8:00pm Eastern Time, and recordings of all previous classes. If you need help decompressing from work, or an excuse to take some time away from your family, this membership is for you! A regular yin yoga practice at home can help relieve all kinds of aches and pains.
My mission is to nurture a vibrant, diverse community of yin yoga practitioners and somatic meditators. I know maintaining a daily practice, or even a weekly practice, can be hard. Membership includes access to the livestreaming Wednesday night yin yoga class that I teach every week from 7-8pm on ZOOM, as well as access to the on-demand library of pre-recorded classes, so that you can practice anytime.
Here in the ON DEMAND library you'll find a wide array of hour-long yin yoga practices that you can watch anytime. These classes are for everything from physical tension and difficult emotions to organ meridians and how to set spacious boundaries. If you're a member of the Sally Miller Yoga Community, you get free access to all these videos!
You're in the process of trying to feel more at home in your body and you know that yin yoga helps you get there. You're learning that it's ok to slow down but your busy mind sometimes tries to convince you otherwise. It's so easy to put our self-care on the back burner. If we don't schedule time for ourselves, then someone else (or something else) will happily take it.
