I offer safe techniques for physical and emotional healing for people living with chronic pain, illness or distress through informed and skilled therapeutic application of yoga. When possible, we identify the causes of the suffering, and together we develop a plan of action to find balance and a greater sense of confidence and well-being.

RBYT is an excellent way to address stress & anxiety which exacerbate most of these conditions. I work Individually with clients creating a space to talk, breath & move through emotional & physical issues. I meet with clients privately in the Doylestown, PA area and online. Yoga therapy is an emerging field with ancient roots.

I have gone to Lisa for just about a year now and have found her yoga sessions and knowledge with the mind and body to be very helpful to me. I went in originally to become more flexible and have accomplished that goal along with becoming more aware of how to take better care of my body. I recommend her to anyone looking to get into yoga or just want to take better care of their self and body. Lisa has been extremely helpful to me with yoga and she is not only a great teacher but a great person as well!

I have taken Lisa's yoga classes for many years, worked one on one with her several times and seen her work with others including my mother and clients I have refered to her. SHe has made me a true believer in the practical application of yoga therapy. Extremely knwoledgable and experienced, she is a true master. Her therapy has had excellent results in every case. Highly recommended !!!!
