Fuyuki Iwama combines his real estate experience with an education in business, economics, and law to provide meaningful assistance to clients. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Legal Studies and a Masters in Business Management. He has lived in California since 1998 and worked in commercial real estate and property management during that time.
Linda Chatten brings a wealth of financial and real estate experience to her work. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and received her CPA in Massachusetts. Her real estate experience started shortly after college when she invested and managed her own properties. She has held Corporate Management Positions at Ernst & Young, KPMG Peat Marwick, Kaiser Permanente, and as Vice President with Blue Cross of California.

I am looking to rent a property and saw a few great options on their website. I have never been able to get a hold of these people though. I keep calling, leaving voicemails, nobody ever returns my call. And the one time someone finally picked up; not even picking up with a greeting, just a cranky "hello", as soon as I said my name they just hung up on me (this was during normal business hours). Why these people are even in business is beyond me. No surprise their properties are listed for months, this way it takes a long time for them to rent out these places.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hired by a senior veteran to research property rentals. I emailed Linda asking here to contact my friend about a specific rental. She wrote me back and told me to have Bob crawl her website. Bob is not internet friendly and doesn't have good eye-site which is why he hired me to to this research. I emailed her back and asked her why she didn't contact my friend and told her to please call him asap and she emailed me back: "NO, YOU CALL BOB". Don't give these people your business. Especially not Linda!

I worked with Linda Chatten and am so impressed. I asked her to manage a small ranch property in the Santa Cruz mountains. She came out and walked the property with me, listening to the story of the property. She listed the property everywhere with great photographs. Within two weeks she matched the property with a great tenant family. Linda has expert knowledge of the rental market in the Santa Cruz area. Her professionalism with myself, the neighbors, prospective tenants and the winning tenant family makes her an excellent choice if you seek a property manager.

I have a single rental property in Santa Cruz. Linda Chatten has managed my property during the transitions between tenants, gracefully moving tenants out as well as moving them in.
On the move in side she has done all of the work getting the unit ready for rental coordinating with contractors, setting priorities and bringing the unit back to top shape. She has advertised the unit, screened candidates and has found fantastic tenants on several occasions.
On the move out side she has worked with me along with the tenant to make the process seamless.
I give Linda my highest recommendation

I was recently referred to CIF property management for our beach house. I was working with a different, larger, real estate company and was very frustrated by their delay in communication. I found Linda very helpful, organized, and optimistic. She was eager to help and I decided to give her a chance.
A month later and I couldn't be any happier. She quickly marketed my house. Had lots of immediate interest. Communicated regularly on potential tenants. She discussed pros and cons of potential renters with dogs. And she secured a very good renter.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! FRAUDS!! They will do anything to take your money and get you in the door. Then they will take months to deal with your problems and they are rude and arrogant and the most obnoxious bunch of Tw@^s I have come across on my entire life. They have made so many mistakes i wonder if they are even educated to any standard what so ever.

Well if you want to deal with a person that kicks out disabled people without reason even though the rents been paid on Time or at certain times paid in advance Linda chattens your lady. The new prop management and latest heavy hitter for John and Susan koeker the owners of the Adobe hacienda in aptos. One by one the new guard (CIF PROP MANAGMENT) HAS BEEN KICKING OUT LONG TERM month to month renters for no reason. I was number 3. Some friends of mine are next up on the chopping block!!!!!
