My experience with ProEdge Property management was probably the single worst property management experience of my rental career. I emailed countless times for various reasons and almost never heard back, I was ignored time and time again. Even when it came to basic questions I would receive no response. The employees were incredibly rude when I spoke to them on the phone (once) and acted as though it was an inconvenience to have to speak to me. Unless it was to request money from myself and my roommates, management ignored all of our attempts to communicate. Not only that, but management tried

I own property myself, and I pay a property manager to manage it. So I know how stuff is supposed to work.
First off, when we first saw the place, It was by no means in excellent shape. Most notably the paint job was entirely shot out. Multiple overlapping colors of paint, bad patch jobs and it was just worn out. It very clearly needed to be repainted and Marty tried to convince me it was fine. I told him I'd only rent it if he had it painted, so he did. He shouldn't have needed a new tenant to point out that it needed paint.
I called him for repairs twice. The first time he sent

A couple years ago, I had to move my mother into a retirement home and clear out her home (hoarding nightmare). Marty Levy at ProEdge Property Management helped me keep my sanity! He offered to take over some of the tasks involved in preparing the home for rent. He hired a carpet cleaner and a chimney sweep, and tracked down a garage opener replacement, among other things.
