I enjoy my counseling with Lisa but I tried to make another apt and couldn’t get in for a month. This doesn’t help at all. So I guess I’ll try to find another. So frustrating especially when you need it.

I called today, the day of my appointment, and had to ask how the process would go being that it is a telehealth appt. She said it would be a phone conversation & that it will be coming from a “no ID caller” and that my phone may not allow the phone call to come in and that he would wait 5 minutes and call again. I had no way of answering it. I was trying really hard to turn that “silent” mode off before the second call came through but he called back right away and it didn’t give
