Worst manicure I have ever had, absolute hack job on my nails, went in with perfect came out 5 times worse. I could have done better at home. Wish there was a way to post a pic of the job that was done.

Love this place! Came with my Mommie snd sisters for a mother and daughter day and was pleasantly surprised with the expertise snd kindness…bonus alert! Nails looked great..massage amazing…and excellent customer service! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10

Okay I looked at the reviews before I went and I am SO glad I didn't let them discourage me. This place is so overlooked. I have never had such beautiful nails and loved every single one so much. They were quick and efficient & the lady was so friendly. I called to make an appointment and they could get me in within the hour. Definitely returning!

I was in the market for a new nail salon and this place might become my go-to! Smaller spot but attentive technicians, FINALLY found a salon to do my gel manicure and gel pedicure at the same time (I didn't even ask for this) so I am not spending my entire day in a nail salon. I really appreciated that! Parking lot is pretty open and didn't seem too busy when I went during lunch time on a Tuesday!

No decent massage, very light hands, not worth $55 for the pedicure plus tip. Friendly ladies, but they are not the best by a long shot.

I showed up without an appointment. They were gracious enough to accommodate me. I felt welcome and appreciated. Above that, I have a disorder. I felt comfortable enough with Nathan to disclose it. He encouraged me and supported me and I left the salon with 10 fingernails instead of nine. I have a chronic, severe nail biting disorder. Thank you for not cringing and not judging me.

My pedicure was fine. My gel manicure started out fine and then not even two days later the polish started to chip and now a week later it’s peeling off. And I do not do manual labor or any activity that would cause it to chip.
I paid 120 for both the services combined. I shouldn’t hav paid near that much and I wish I could get my money back. Sadly back on the hunt for a good nail salon in Austin.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. We were in town for a wedding and I did not expect to be pampered like this, Nathan, the owner and his team are wonderful and friendly. Usually at a nail salon, I’ve enjoyed the few minute massage but they take extra time and care and I felt SO RELAXED. I’ve not visited a salon where they have spent so much time and care, my feet and hands feel so happy just thinking about it!!
The prices are reasonable too, definitely choose this salon. It’s easy to miss and Siri sent us to the Firestone next door, but it’s in a little strip

Wonderful salon, my nails look great. Exactly what I asked for. I felt safe with their coverings and their online booking system was really easy. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed in the quality of the manicure I received. Nearly all my cuticles were flaking off/painful for days after receiving this manicure. The technician ruined my nail beds, and didn't even bother painting the sides of my nails. I feel like my cuticles were in better shape before i went in. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!!

I do not enjoy writing this negative post, as my technician was so friendly and the facility looked very clean.

Came in with a friend for some pedicures. Picked out our color and then we were told to have a seat in the massage chairs.

The technician added warm water to my already filled bowl because the water was chilly when I put my feet in. I informed the technician i wanted a basic pedicure. We were offered drinks and then the technician began working on my friend.

I sat there for about 20 mins waiting (water was cold again). Finally, another technician

I've only had good experiences here for gel manicures and pedicures! The nail technicians are kind, efficient, and do a great job for the price. The salon is always clean, they have a comprehensive selection of polishes, and they always offer complimentary wine/tea/coffee. It's also not terribly busy (which is nice for walk-ins!), and there's plenty of parking in the lot out front.

While they do take walk-ins, I recommend calling ahead for an appointment!

Great selection of nail colors and well priced. Really nice staff who genuinely care about your experience. They even offer wine as a beverage option. I enjoyed my time there and if in the area, will definitely go back!

If I were able to give zero stars I would. They took us 15-20 mins after our appointments. They left a friend mid pedicure for 15 mins. The prices were outrageous for the service received. The girl doing my nails cut them so short one almost bled not to mention when painting them she missed parts of my nail. The massage was mediocre and the manicure barely lasted 24 hours. Extremely disappointed - want my money back.

Came in for a gel manicure which chipped one day in. Not worth it. The upside is that I got in right away and she worked fast, but maybe that's the reason for the bad manicure.

As a visitor (and soon to be resident) of the area I absolutely enjoyed this salon and will likely become a regular. Searching for nail salons in this area was quite a process because Downtown Austin is a bit high end and there are a lot of overpriced salons in hotels. This was the perfect balance of professional, neighborhood, quality place to get a pedicure. They accept walk-ins and have a great list of services from waxes to a basic manicure. The place was clean( one time use tools) and had a great variety of polishes. I even brought along my S.O. for his first pedicure of his life and he LOVED

I found this place on yelp and decide to try on the SNS with tip. I didn't have my cuticles done, when I ask about the lady said they use a machine and that have my cuticles done it was bad for me. Everybody has a different opinion and I wish they had respect mine.
So, the lady had finish my nails and looks like I have the nails done a week ago.
I ask her if there's any particular reason for that? and she said that if she did till the bottom would chip, funny that she was using SNS on her own nails and they look really nice. Once she saw I wasn't happy, she fix one nail, letting

This is my local nail shop. It has changed a lot of the years I've been coming. They continue to update and expand colors and still keep reasonable price and do good work.

It's located on SocCo in a small multiplex building with other shops. It's north of Riverside, but before the auto shop. Always parking available.

The nail techs are super nice and very responsive to any idea you have or specific need. I get the shellac on the regular. It doesn't crack, chip, peel, or degrade in any way. On my toes I can go a month in between pedis. With my nails I prefer not to go more
