I'm pretty sure I've found my new nail salon since moving to Austin! I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely come back.
Jenny did my SNS nails and they look amazing. She took her time and perfected them. I don't know the name of the woman who did my toes, but it was a great pedicure as well. The vibes were very calm and relaxing.

I just got an SNS manicure and a regular pedicure and I left crying. I actually cried in the salon, but thankfully was wearing a mask which hid it well as I was so embarrassed to be crying at a nail salon. I have been getting manicures and pedicures regularly for about 15 years and I have never been nicked and cut so many times. Still looking for my nail salon...I compulsively flick my fingernails until they're just stubs, so I try to keep them done so that I won't do that. I get SNS because it seems sturdier than gel but looks more natural than acrylic, yet somehow the tech went out of their way to make them look as thick and fake as possible. I'm talking like 7 layers of powder. They are so thick in the middle, and it looks pretty tacky. She also cut them so much shorter than I asked, but not all of them - some are longer than others - and the shape was super boxy with SHARP corners and randomly concave

This was the exact place I was looking for. I really appreciate how serious they take covid. I'm currently pregnant and honestly it makes me nervous to go get my nails done with nail salons so packed. They are appointment only so there are only 2-3 customers at a time. The technicians all have masks and gloves on. It's calm, peaceful, and very clean and this is the best my nails have ever looked. You do have to send a deposit via Zelle or Venmo to book your appointment but it's returned to you once you come to your appointment. Definitely coming back here!

I’ve been coming to Nails By Crystal for almost two years and have mostly had positive experiences. What is lacking in customer service and bedside manner is made up for in skill. However, today I received dip nails that looked awful. I attempted to communicate what I was looking for multiple times and even provided pictures for reference. I was ignored. Considering the cost ($70) of the nails my expectations were much higher. A very disappointing experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Gel nail polish started to crack in about 10 days. The first time I went it lasted about a month. Most places guarantee the gel will last for two weeks. Unfortunate that the quality can vary so drastically between visits. Besides that, the ladies are very talented and nice, I just wish the quality was consistent.

I’ve been here a total of two times, and loved the place and the service both times. The last time I made an appointment, life happened and I was not able to show up (I get it, I should have called and cancelled) but again life happens. Anyways that was in the summer and I’ve tried to make an appointment by phone at-least 15 times since then but no one ever answered- I was sure they track their no shows and had exiled me haha but nonetheless today at 10am when they opened, I tried to go in there and make a same day appointment, the owner Crystal said she could take me at 11 am and to call her

My daughter and I came in today for our wedding mani/pedis! We left well beyond satisfied, we can't stop talking about how beautiful our SNS nails are and our pedicure gel nails are. Crystal recommended us the SNS nails for many reasons which we are glad we decided to go with. All four staff members pampered us well, the salon is very clean and calming. We will most definitely be back!

When I called back I spoke with Crystal herself who happily rescheduled my appointment. I've tried going here several times in hope that it'll get better.... It doesn't I went for a gel manicure and it was taking almost an hour. When I told them that I didn't have time to continue, the owner or manager started getting very upset with me that their manicures are an hour and I should've known. All I knew to say was "I'm sorry I should've asked when making the appointment". She continued to talk to the other workers and I couldn't understand what she was saying except "gel manicure" kept coming up in her conversations. Really

I had an amazing first experience here. The nail technician I had took her time and was such a perfectionist, which I appreciate so much. I asked for black stiletto acrylic nails and she suggested I get dip with the stiletto shape so they would be more durable and I’m so happy she did. I used to get dip all the time (without tips being added) and I have never had this good of an outcome. She applied the dip really methodically and made sure the edges were thin, which helps them last so much longer. I was expecting them to be $100-$120 when I went to pay and they only ended up costing me $70,

I really needed this moment. I had a long week and have been working over 60 hours. I manage a spa so my days are long and hectic, this spot is it. I left work early and was so excited for my pedi. SO relaxing here. I could sit here all day. I was looking for a small clean nail place. I was able to sit and do nothing while my feet dried. Cute nail salon, super clean and my pedicure was much needed. My nail tech took her time and the pedicure felt amazing. Scrub and massage felt super relaxing. Love the polish job! This is the best place I've ever gone for an acrylic set. There was a scheduling mix up but they were still able to accommodate me and the attention to detail was phenomenal! They have a huge range of colors to choose from including regular, gel, and dip. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to get their nails done.

I have been going to Nail Lounge by Crystal for about a year now. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place! They have so many fun color options, so I love to try new things when I go. The nail techs really take their time and pay attention to every detail, making sure everything looks perfect. Jenny is my go-to, I always love her work!

After my review about the salon on 7/22, with 3 stars due to The RAT, on 7/30, I got a missed call from the salon in the morning. Same day afternoon, the owner sent me a text message saying by Vietnamese, that thank you for giving her salon 3 stars! I think her response on Yelp is nice but trying to bother customer through phone call and text is super creepy!!!!

Crystal is a consummate professional with extremely high standards. It makes sense that she strives for excellence and obtains it. The shop is elegant. No expense has been spared to offer the clientele every nail service imaginable. The techs are trained in a very specific way to provide a service that makes you want to return. This was my first time here and I was very impressed with everything. The place is very clean, everyone had masks on, there was hand sanitizer everywhere for your use. But the best part was the quality and professionalism of the nail techs (Jenny did mine). They were so efficient! I've honestly never had someone do such a great, efficient, quality job with such care. Jenny gave me a card with what i specifically had done, with # and color. The prices are competitive with other salons so no unexpected costs. I absolutely recommend this place!

There was only one reserved spot for the nail spa in the garage--beware, as they made it sound like they had plenty of space. Otherwise it's street parking and there was none open. Luckily I got the garage spot.
I came in at 11:30 on a rainy and cold Thursday. I was even a few minutes earlier--not late at all. No one was in the entry and no one welcomed

I have been trying out dip nails the past 4 months at different places. This is my new salon. I will absolutely be returning. Crystal was super nice and fun to chat with and she really paid attention to my cuticles and didn’t rush. I probably shouldn’t have long nails for work, a lot of it’s in a warehouse, loading and unloading trucks. But I’m 2.5 weeks in and my manicure still looks great. No chips! I’ve had previous manicures chip after just a few days but Crystal’s still looks amazing. (Photo is 2.5 weeks in!)
