At least be truthful and don’t collect the application fee you guys do not follow fair housing because if you tell the owner a applicant has section 8 they say no

STAY AWAY! These guys are crooks. I've made multiple attempts to reach the property manager in regards to a non-functional HVAC unit. No answer from the property manager, however, I did speak with someone there who "seemed" concerned. I explained to her my situation (HVAC has been dead for 1 month in the summer heat). She stated she couldn't do anything about it because she wasn't the property manager. I asked her how I can file a complaint. She said, "you can't." WOW. Blue collar criminals at its finest

Breed restrictions are always hard, but especially when your 13 year stafforshire terrier, who is trained, behaviorally assessed by professionals and sleeps all day is not "covered by the homeowners insurance" or the property management. It's especially hard when looking for a rental and wasting time applying for one with a company that has breed restrictions that are not specifically stated in the application process. This company is horrible. I have been dealing with Paula Tucker since December . She is ride, arrogant and a horrible liar. I have has so many issues and all she says is that it's not their responsibility. When I lived into the place in December , I could smell gas in the kitchen e eye time I cooked. When reported to her , she flat out told me the stove is fine n landlord won't replace, without even asking the landlord. I am a property owner. I contacted Realty Roundup when my house was vacant clean and ready for move in. Leah the assigned contact told me not to turn off any of the utilities because the house would rent so fast it would just be a hassle. She said the price was good and they would have plenty of applicants. The house set for a month she said there were no applicants. A horrible company that doesn't reply to repair requests. Upon calling, the property manager is always "unavailable" and I am told to send an email. I have sent several emails and they also go unanswered. Ignoring requests doesn't simply make them go away. Instead, it makes you look unprofessional and incompetent. Based on prior reviews, it appears this is the normal way they handle business.

Our manager has been ignoring a simple question for months.
Renting a 15 year old house which needed the dishwasher and faucet replaced. The quality of the replacements do not nearly compare to what was here previously. The appliance installer even said that the dishwasher was the "entry-level" model. Also the faucet is flimsy and cheap. Our manager even claimed to agree with me during our inspection.
In November I made a simple request asking our manager what are some options for getting back to the quality we had when we agreed to rent.

The people of this group are very professional. We put in a deposit before we were offered the chance to look at the lease. The lease was found to be very "unfriendly to tenants" and we did not sign the lease. It is important that you read the lease before you put in any deposit as it's highly likely that you would not get any of the deposit back if you do not sign the lease.

Not the best to deal with. I too submitted an application literally less than an hour after it was listed. Was contacted via email the next day asking to submit missing documents. Submitted the documents immediately and never heard back.
Emailed a couple of days later and asked for status and found my application was placed at the bottom of the pile. I guess I sort of understand this, but It would be nice if they would of just picked up the phone and said "hey, if you want to keep your # 1 spot, you need to send us.......". This is what most businesses would do to show good business

I have a lot of things I could say but this review is based on the conversation I had with my property manager today. First time I’ve spoken to her after many attempts and voice mails the last 4 months. She blamed me for her not having the correct rent prices on my account! That was the topper. She said she has 200+ accounts she manages she is just one person, you can’t put that on one person. YES I CAN THAT IS YOUR JOB!! Like I said I could go on but basically if you like your property manager to have any accountability or customer service Jacci isn’t the one for you!

Do not rent through here there office is a mess and they do not have good communication. Our application was pulled first and we put the correct information but it was not enough, they wanted another year but we had to edit the application thus bumping us to the back of the line of twenty two other applicants. They were no help and very rude. Not to mention they never answer or call back. Find another rental company because they are unprofessional.

Never having rented through a property management company before I wasn't sure what to expect. Over the past 6 months each small maintenance issue with the house I have posted on the app and had the contractor contacting me in less than 24-hours to get it fixed. These people take you for a ride.
I was asked to submit all kinds of documents and fees for a rental I was super qualified.
Then it appears as it was already rented!
Looks like a scam. Never answered my messages by phone and email.
May be fraud too.
Stay away from these people.

Reality Roundup is absolutely horrible. We rent one of the properties they manage currently. They are frequently slow to respond to any Maintenence request. Our sink in the kitchen and bathroom was backed up and it took them 4 days to converse back and fourth with the owner before it got fixed. They never call you back, cannot get our payment history updated within their system of record. It's easier to get in contact with the owner of the property then anybody at Reality Roundup. We pay on time everytime, yet every month the same letter arrives in my mailbox and or my doorstop. We will start
