W. David Chow

David Chow was the most professional, articulate and communicative mortgage professional I have ever worked with and I have worked with many over the last 25 years. He was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and accurate. He explained options an identified the benefit of each approach including notifying me when the appropriate time to lock in my preferred rate.

He was always there to ask additional questions and maintained the right level of communication so that I always felt informed without any pushiness. David is conscientious, persistent, watchful and a consummate professional. I would work with David Chow again in a heartbeat and am looking for him to help me with other investment loans in the future.
