Calls on a busy day, even when my number was listed on the DNC list. Gave the person benefit of the doubt and asked for a competitive quote and was not able to provide any clear quote especially when he claimed he saw my property record and loans establish dates.
So in addition to violating the DNC rules, this is where the caller must verify not the person who has already applied for DNC, this person also wasted time not being able to provide any quote in short he was phishing.

Wishes Yelp had a zero or negative stars options. Because I've blocked multiple numbers from this company, they just use other extensions in their office. I can state with absolute certainty that I was registered with the donotcall each every time these slugs call me. They called again today with another number for me to block. I called Mr. Hasanian (again) and explained that his continued violation of the law will now be in the hands of the authorities. I would never do business with a company like this and no one else should either. Enough already Redwood Realty!!! Use other methods

A couple of months ago, one of Redwood Realty people called us about a refinance. I had been trying, over the past 6 months on and off, to do a re-fi at a much better rate with little success so we decided to give Redwood a try.
Ali Hasnain Ali assured us it could happen, and although it took some time to subrogate our home equity line to the new mortgage, and wade through the new Fannie Mae regulations on leased solar panels and insurance, Ali took the lead and made it all happen for a good rate and excellent closing costs, keeping in almost daily contact once the rate was locked.

They have a wonderful family atmosphere when you walk in as they are a family owned business, Ali sat me down and explained everything to me clearly and I received an awesome rate! Working with Redwood Realty was a breeze! My agent Ali explained all my loan options up front, and allowed me the time I needed to choose what loan was the best fit for my family. He provided me in writing what I was going to get and 3 weeks later I was signing my final loan docs which matched exactly what he quoted me up front. I walked away with a 30 year fixed loan, over 2% lower than what I had, and Redwood Charged me nothing! I would and DO recommend Redwood Realty to friends who are looking for a purchase or refinance. Relaxing at home on a Saturday morning, enjoying a little down-time after a hard week at work, and I get a phone call from Redwood Realty. It's an unsolicited telemarketing call (despite the fact that my number is on the federal do-not-call registry).
The guy immediately launches into a sleazy spiel about "taking advantage of low interest rates."
Please don't support these bottom-feeding telemarketers. There are plenty of good mortgage companies out there who use responsible marketing.

If there were less than zero stars than this outfit deserves them. This is an absolute rip-off agency that will take your money and do next to nothing for it. In my case they refinanced my mortgage for a higher monthly payment. What a fool I was to believe their load of bull. And if you are not careful, you could find yourself in a situation where they sue you after they have defaulted on their promise to get you a valid refinanced or modified mortgage.
