These people are frauds
I live here for almost 2 yrs back in may of last year we received a water bill (Buckeye utility) of 1500$ for one month of service prior to this our bill was always like 100$ well since the oakwood management owns Buckeye utility they place it as a rent compliance. We fought with them an told them their must be some mistake they even said it didn’t sound right but refused to fix it. We tried to get the outrageous bill paid but simply could not get caught up eventually they refused our rent fast fwd to today I looked into Buckeye utility and also review

Things started out great until we received a $1500 utility bill. We never got an explanation or even anyone to come and see if there was an actual problem. It was basically pay it or get out. Our utility bill usually runs around $200 a month. So imagine the surprise when we got the one for $1500. They have a compliance rule where they can't accept our rent without our utility payment. Guess who kept accepting rent? They've made mistakes that my family has to pay for, and refuse to accept any responsibility. They are liars and scammers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am going on 3 years at Cumberland Links. I started out in a garden model, then Kaite and Gwen helped me migrate over to a ranch when one became available; it is a wonderful fit for my current lifestyle. I am really enjoying having the patio and attached garage at the ranch, it has a condo feel while still having apartment amenities. The entire staff is great at taking care of issues big or small, Oakwood’s emergency answering service dispatches help immediately (my garage door spring recently broke and my car was trapped inside when I was already running late for work, but Mike got me out ASAP

Katie’s the best manager ever! We had nothing but an awesome experience at the Cumberland! The few issues we had were remedied immediately! Staff was always timely and so friendly! Just using the pool in the summer and watching Katie bring popsicles to not only the kiddos but anyone at the pool! I can tell you I would recommend Cumberland Links to anyone I know looking to live a carefree life with no worries! Thanks for the kindness in a place where we definitely felt safe and welcome!

There is no way the apartment was cleaned before we moved in. The carpet is disgusting, has to be the original carpet from when the apartment was built. There is dog hair embedded into the carpet, and we do not have pets, which is how we know this place was not cleaned before we moved in. We apparently live next to or below chain smokers, because both of our bathrooms wreak of cigarette smoke, again neither of us smoke. We have had two incidents of theft with packages delivered directly to our place. a water filter should be required because of how hard the water is. The water leaves black residue

After years of living in a home we were lucky enough to get a ranch style apartment in Cumberland Links in May. The compassion and care that Katie and Noelle have for their residents is beyond amazing. The property is taken care of very well and maintenance, Mike, is fantastic! Everyone is friendly and cares for each other. I am so happy we call this home!

Love love love this Property!! Katie the property manager is Absolutely the best, The Oakwood Maintains Guys are Top notch. The property is very clean and and well maintained. Every Spring and Summer Pool and Ground are decorated with Beautiful Flower arrangements.Cumberland links have created such a Nice neighborhood and family environment!!!

I recently moved into an apartment in Cumberland Links after living in a house for 41 years. The staff was so helpful. My questions were often random and I'm sure not typical for renters. Katie and Gwen patiently answered each question and directed me to sources needed to complete the move. They made me feel welcome and got me started on the process. I am now living in one of their ranch apartments.
During the walk through, a few problems were discovered. The maintenance staff, Mike and Mike, were at the apartment that day to deal with the things they could. Other issues were addressed appropriately

Customer Service turned out to be excellent in this complex. The staff made me feel like my concerns were valid, and fixed everything that I had identified as an issue. I am very pleased with the outcome. The apartment is roomy for two to four people and the complex has great amenities including the pool, workout room and community events. It’s a great area, close to anything you need and very close to i70 on the East side of Columbus.
