If you would like to make your home in any of our units, print off and complete this application in its entirety and mail to: 309 S Laura, Ste 200, Wichita, KS 67211. If you prefer, you may bring the application in person or put it in our drop box at the same address. All applications must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit amount and the application must be signed by the Applicant(s) at the bottom.
How do I get the utilities switched into my name? Do you have a list of the utility contact information? Once you have become a tenant in one of our properties, it is important to contact the appropriate utility companies in order to place the service in your name. My lease ends at the end of the month.

I rented from Brent and his team for almost 2 years. I was a bit nervous when I started reading the reviews. Prior to moving out, I mowed, filled holes in the walls, repainted, cleaned the carpet, and replaced the blinds. My mind was blown when I received my entire deposit after moving out. While renting from Highbridge, they were very responsive to all repairs, and requests. There was a large dead tree in the backyard and I was concerned it would fall on my RV. He quickly hired people to come take it down which must have cost more in total than my rent over the time I stayed there. The maintenance

Courtney was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her and the Highbridge team. In FOUR years EVERY maintenance issue; the few I had, no matter the size, were dispatched promptly the very same day and were dealt with in a professional manner. The maintenance portal and via email, my requests were taken care of immediately. Courtney also submitted all requirements for a water bill credit on my behalf. Do NOT rent from this company! I had a very hard time getting in touch with anyone at the office. I had to call 2 different numbers. I met with Tom to do a showing and was given an application to complete. He said the office is closed due to COVID and to drop the app off in the office's drop box along with the app fee and deposit. He told me to call when I dropped it off so that he would come get it. I called him the next day to see if I could meet with him in person because I didn't feel comfortable leaving a large amount of money in an office dropbox where no one is working + I wanted to keep

We were planning on signing a lease with them and a multitude of things happened that ended in us not wanting to commit to a place with these people. I found it on Facebook and Caley did not disclose anything about lead paint to us until after we applied. So we had to decide if that’s something we wanted because we are not from here and hadn’t ran into that before. They gave us almost no time to decide and Caley would say oh the boss wants this and he wants that but his contact would never be shared. Very unprofessional by telling me that tenants don’t talk to her after the agreement is made

High rent for what you get-paper thin walls, no insulation or storm windows so electric bills are through the roof in winter and summer. Did not disclose that where I rent is in Bel Aire's utility area and water bill is $100/mo. I could go on and on. The new portal they finally got so we can pay rent online charges $20 fee to pay online! My bedroom wall literally gets ice on the inside when its super cold out and the air inside is moist. The condensation FREEZES ON THE WALLS. List goes on....but I'm too tired.

So, come to find out, was being set up this whole time by owner. So, sad how some human beings can be so in-humane!!! God don't like ugly, not at all!! Started off well until things weren't getting done, had some complaints, then did a total 360 on me. When it is all over, never want this kind of experience again, ever! Update... Brent worked out somethings for me. Was understanding to a point. Not too bad.

Absolutely love Highbridge Management. I've been at my place for about three years now. Very nice and clean when I moved in, if ever anything went wrong or broke they immediately was on it. It was fixed right way and done right the first time. All staff is extremely nice! They REALLY work with you when you need it!

I have been renting from Highbridge Management for about 15 years. Brent (The owner) and all of the ladies in the office have been nothing but kind and very, very helpful with everything! They will take care of you and their properties are well kept. Maintenance is awesome! Anytime I've called they are there asap and have no problem fixing or replacing things.
