Mt Carmel apartments are great! They are reasonably priced, well maintained, have plenty of closet space and my kids love the large balcony. I moved in a couple of weeks ago and am super impressed with the maintenance team and office staff. They're prompt, professional and take care of their tennant's. I'm glad to be here.

I submit my application on 9/10/2021 and paid $193. Planned to move in on 9/28/2021. We mentioned the move in date to the management and my wife was communicating with them. They said it’s fine and they renovating the apartment (changing carpet, etc). They didn’t let us see the apartment because it was under renovation. My wife made many phone calls and met with both ladies who work at the office. When my wife call them on 9/27 they said we can’t move until 30th because they are changing the carpet and maintenance work. Then 29th we went to the office and spoke with the lady and told her

I have had a great experience so far in the community. There's good space around the complex to walk my dogs and the apartment itself is very spacious and quiet. The balcony is also a very nice addition with the extra storage space. The ladies in the office were very patient With me during the move in process. Would recommend!

I have to say I was really impressed with everything. The two young ladies in the office were super helpful. The grounds are immaculate and the apartments are super clean I love the floor plans with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ..I’d also like to say I Ike the pool area the Wichita flag at the bottom that was a nice touch..I would recommend these apartments to anyone

Maintenance is good. Ray is awesome, always says hello and does a good job!
However, in the nearly two years we've been here, our cars have been broken into 6 times now! Nothing has ever been done about it despite our cars being in camera shot of the front office cameras.
The most recent break in we had to our car they took an extra step to take a photo my husband had of us in there and crumple it up and throw it on the floor. Did we piss someone off here?? Are the people breaking into the cars just random and doing unnecessarily personal and creepy touches?? Idk but it's constantly making us
